I've set up a few trinity's, a chariot with a 35 PWK then 39 PWK, and a few Exciter set ups. Hands down the exciter out performs the other two. However the chariot and trinity are packaged to go together with ease and fit really well. The exciter needs a little massaging, but is worth it if you must go 2/1.

If you have traction now, see if you can possibly soften it with the rear shock if it's not strutted. You messing with the Lock up at all?

Ignition issue^ Or...... In all your time reassembling it, have you changed the bushing in the kicker gear?

Pull the valves apart and clean everything with brake cleaner. Note what springs are in there and post what you got. You adjust them with spring pressure. Could be you have to much pressure and they aren't opening soon enough, or they could be gummed up.

Cast and forged pistons expand once hot. However they expand differently so the bore needs to be established with those needed tolerances in mind.

1211 is a sealer from ThreeBond. Dab as in, a little dab of sealer.

Negative. That's why I mentioned sending you the proper resin. I will be up front. I'm talking about lower receivers. There is a fella who has really upped the ante. Go to YouTube and search Vice News 3D printed gun. Their first few were not holding up at all. After that little documentary the gentleman who has started the whole process has begun dumping money in to resin research. They are starting to see promising results.
