  1. ^ kinda funny.
  2. It's always someone clueless that jumps on here and acts like they are gonna set the world on fire with new innovation. Then someone explains to them that they are getting ahead of themselves and they get huffy and puffy. Once they make an ass out of them selves, people let them know what kind of moron they are and then the same typical comments are spewed (faggot, gay, bitch, faggot, queer, faggot, faggot, faggot, gay, queers, sister fucker etc.) Then some one points out their stellar attitude and how the same people they keep getting shitty with are the same people who already have some of the baddest hardware in their garage and they still can't get a fucking clue. Then they start talking about how rich and awesome they are, but we all know that none of it is ever true. And so the cycle continues. It's fucking pathetic.
  3. You absolutely can dune Ti. I've seen some pretty nasty sand rails and pre runners with Ti suspension components. Hell, I tried to get Rodger at FireBall to make my LT arms out of Ti and he is totally comfortable with the idea, but he currently does not have the tooling to machine his ball joint cup from something like Ti. That said, it can work. However $$$$$$. And no way Roll Design will make their arms from Ti. Already tried that with cash in hand.
  4. That's because you still have a sub 60hp motor. Just about any piece of junk should sort of live on that.
  5. ^ ouch
  6. RK is what I've been running since I started ruining DID. I'd like to try a drive line set up though.
  7. Alky likes to be quite fat. It's pretty forgiving when rich but will make broken parts when you flirt with that last bit of power.
  8. It's quite a bit different. The crank and drivetrain are designed for a lot less weight and stress then what a heavy old quad with the traction two big tires can create. It's cool in it's own way, but the banshee is a horrendous handling machine and is a pig in the weight department. Take all the power out of it and it's no fun at all... That motor would be awesome in a modern 4 stroke quad frame like a yfz, raptor 250/350, or trx. Maybe even a 250r frame.
  9. Sold. My apologies to those who were trying to work a deal, but a fella who said he would send money did as we were communicating.
  10. Guy across the street is convinced his son's CR250 has a Carbon Fiber piston in it.....
  11. Nice, but clunky in comparison to other stuff available these days.
  12. No body building any thing that needs shiney cases?
  13. You can get the Mr. Gasket ones for import in lower pressure. They don't last. Mine didn't even make it past a season of ice racing on flat ground. Maybe 6/7 rides. And it always read wrong. JMO, the barb of a hose should be equal to the inner hose diameter or slightly(just a cunt hair) larger then the I.D. Of the hose. If you got a chunk of metal that fits right and holds an accurate gauge, run it.
  14. ^ Also pro. (It amazes me how people just say shit with out ever knowing who they are referring to.
  15. Pro^ (actual racer at top level)
  16. CPI's are an awesome pipe. Quality and finish are always top notch. They would certainly allow you to build a nice midrange motor. They make a pretty broad power curve. If there is a set over there in the UK that you can get your hands on. Swoop them up. Chances of finding other nice pipes are slim there and to get a set from here will cost you your nuts.
  17. Twist throttle...
  18. Cases won't be mint if you keep setting them sideways on pavement...
  19. Shelf domes, like pro design domes?
  20. You can build a nice 421 cub with all the details. Strong build if done right. Lighten the chassis and you could hurt some feelings.
  21. Check that the rear vent is not blocked, and verify the crank case is not pressurizing the trans case.
  22. There is an adjuster behind the pressure plate. Set it so that the arrows on the top half of the engine case and tip of the clutch actuator arm are lined up. With 8 plate clutches (you very well could have) they won't line up, so relatively close is fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  24. It's not a cover but you noticed that it's a bigger clutch case???? You and your friend are a bit confused. Put a couple photos up and we can help you figure out what you have.
