could be heating, drivers, or your power supply in your PC. I forget how much power those video cards require, but it's a substantial amount. I'd check out what your power supply is rated at, try downloading the latest version of direct x, then go to nvidia's website and grab their latest drivers (not the manufacturer of your card), possibly throw a fan on your case or get one of those squirrel cage fan's that take up a PCI slot and put it right next to your video card.

I use that maxima chain wax, and actually like it. I clean my chain and let it dry then spray that wax on a couple of nights before I go riding. Don't really have any problems with it. I think the 6pack rack is the lamest idea ever invented if you buy it for the purpose of putting a cooler there. My buddy has one on his bike with the cooler and everything. First time he tried packing beer and pop in there one of the beer cans had exploded and everything else was so damn shook up, all it did was fizz over when you opened it.

you'll get far better performance gain from porting than you would from carbs. i'd get it ported myself. the knockoffs are the same carb as the keihin, and if you buy a keihin, it'll be a 28 and you'll have to pay to get it bored to 30. On top of that, they're almost $100 cheaper.

for good billet, modquad seems to have the best prices if you include our hq discount of 10%. There are some cheaper vendors for billet on ebay, but personally I don't think it looks near as nice. for fullbores, I think gopartsdirect had the cheapest prices when I was looking online. cameron@redline sells the fullbore stuff too, but I dunno if he's into mail order stuff or not.

for a stock motor, I dunno if I'd put money into carbs, myself. the stockers work better than most people think for even ported motors. I'd save up for some port work myself or keep an eye out for some ported cylinders for sale.

TCS rebulit my rear shock for 190 (revalve and new spring). Their website says 345 or something, but it did only come out to $190.

yes, keep your old jets. yes the stock carbs are mikuni. make sure you hose out the pilot and main jets with some carb cleaner before you put them back in. douche the entire carb with some cleaner.

you can get some of those 28pwk knockoffs from ebay for like 195 new, and they are actually a 30mm carb. they are very good carbs for stock stroke ported bikes and will even work well for a 4mm stroker.

secretaries throw a huge ass wrench in the works. if it isn't your wife, you end up banging them and going through a divorce with your actual wife, in which she gets half of your shop. if the secretary is your wife, it defeats the purpose of working at something that's your hobby, because let's face it, hobbies are ways of avoiding the wife at home. so, i'd be somewhat nervous about a builder that had a secretary, myself.

I'd get T5's and take good care of them. When you break down and pony up the $$ to get your cylinders ported, you could sell the T5's on here or ebay for the cost of new shearer's.

just depends what your budget is really. if you're gonna buy a new crank, myself, I'd go with the 4mm. the hotrods H129 crank comes welded. I've heard lately of a couple of people having problems with them in cub motors, but that's what I run in my cub. with all of the people going to 4mm cubs, there are some ported 4mm stock cylinders around that would be cheaper than sending stock jugs off to be ported. in my setup, i ran a cool head with cut domes instead of using the space plate. your budget and riding style will lead you in the right direction.

67.6 HP probably around 380CC's it's (bore/2)^2 X 3.1416 X 58 / 1000 x 2 *edited because I noticed you were running T5's. I'd probably be disappointed under 65 for a 4mm stroker that's been ported.

I'm not offended in the least. But, to go along with what you are saying... If I were to go to an Indian Reservation and demand that they didn't pray to the Sun God in my presense, or go to Saudi Arabia, and threaten to sue the school district because of the mention of Allah, I'd be completely out of line in my opinion. If I went to a gay bar with my girlfriend and made out with her blatantly while wearing a tshirt that said I was "heterosexual and proud", I'd most certainly expect to get treated differently. This country has become ruled by the minority, and it's sad to me. The many are ruled by the few.

That law does seem ridiculous, but odds are it's very old. That was back when the word "God" wasn't politically incorrect. Look around the country at our courthouses and federal buildings in Washington DC. They will all have signs of religion, be it slogans like "one nation under God", or mockups of the 10 commandment tablets. Now, it wouldn't be allowed for new buildings, I'm certain, because it would offend someone. And, not to derail this topic further from its intent, but to me, it seems more foreign to believe that we evolved from spontaneous formation of amino acids or whatever they theorized could actually lead to forming a living cell on it's own. On top of that, I'd like to know how the original huge mass was formed in order for the big bang to take place. I'm not mocking people that don't believe in God or Intelligent Design, I seriously find it harder to believe.
