  1. When I put my motor together I had the same prob!!!! I had to put 3 sets of rings in before it stopppped leaking I couldn't tell you why my cylinders was powder coated and it was like you said straight as could be !!!! But heres a tip use vasoline to hold the o rings in place!!!!!!!
  2. If it's not the Ebrake switch good point Ohiobanshee!!!! Take the carbs apart make sure the pilots are not clogged if they aren't put in bigger!!!! The pilot jets are the small jets beside the mains down in the carbs...
  3. Make sure the carbs are in synck.. You can switch the carbs L to R.
  4. Okay if it bogs at quarter to half throttle change the pilots check the plugs and you could change a clip up or down, if it's 3/4 to full change the mains . It all depends on the plugs!!!!Hope this helps....
  5. I suggest buying a teather kill switch since you have no key anyway no one will steal your bike!!!!
  6. Did you unhook the black box!!!!
  7. You have to read the plugs.... I would say that you will need to change the letting unless you were running it too rich to begin with so, don't run the bike to much without checking the plugs!!!!!! ::
  8. Yeah get those pictures we would love to see them.... I'm thinking of making a trip to Little Sahara with a few friends one of these days, let us know how you like it,I've heard it's awsome!!!!!!!!
  9. Do you know the size of mains/pilots thats in your carbs now?
  10. I'm not nocking the T5'S they are a great pipe, they sound better than the PRO's but sound is not everything.I go on performance!!!!!!!!
  11. My old fmf's didn't need rubber washers they bolted with just a a small bolt and a washer...
  12. Thats what I was thinking, he would make more money and besides he would make alot of people happy......
  13. I agree take a few extra plugs and you might try raising a clip or 2 if it runs too bad....
  14. I think the T6'S are for a stock machine so I think either would be an improvment. The T5'S are a awsome sounding pipe, I bought a set for my bike but the pro circiuts I have out performed the T5'S so gave them to my cousin. The shear's are a great pipe I've heard, I'm going too buy a set when I get enough money and try them, I heard they add another 5hp. So I 'll tell you this it don't matter about the type of pipe it's all about your mods....
  15. THANKS CombatTalon2 I typed what I meant wrong....... I meant I would not use the spacerplate!!!!!! ::
