  1. if you go with mx style bars get cr high bend or cr double high. i am 6' and i run a trail tech 1 1/8 clamp and cr high bend pro tappers and it's just right for me.
  2. all i know is my passon conventional aggresive dune port (stock stroke) is in the low to mid 70's and he said that the 12 port had about 5 to 6 more ponnies so add some more for the stroker and you got a monster. you wont be dissapointed.
  3. i am runnnig the namura's in my bike and they work pretty good. i can't tell you a performance differance because my bike was stock before and now its got a pretty agrresive port job. all i know is it rips.
  4. pm passion re he did my engine work and is a hell of a guy. i'm sure he would answer any questions you may have.
  5. 4 foot pipe and a buddy to stand on the axle if installed if not sit on the frame. worked good for me. mine was like 4 inches down on the right side a 2 and ahalf on the left after it went end over end 6 times
  6. did you take the basket off to? if so there is a cooper spacer that goes behind it and if its not there it will do that. i had the same thing happen to me on my complete rebuild. pull it back apart and look it over real good

  9. i think that the number is there whole ignition system and if you don't plan on just drag racing that system wouldn't be a good idea it removes the stator and runs off a battery that is good for about two hour with several hour charge time in between.
  10. 330 to 340 main and 30 to 32.5 pilot sould be just about right needle down one clip.
  11. exellent shape no dents a little blueing that i will polish out before shipping. used for about 6 hours and decided that i wanted more up top. they would be exellent for a trail banshee or a newbe with no mods. i will even include the jets. $260 including shipping paid $389 new.
  12. look's to me like it's a head gasket or a base gasket there should be no oil in your crank case if there is then your right crank seal let go in which case you still need to split the case. it's not hard if you do a top end you can split the case. the kick starter is the only thing that i had to mess with for a while .
  13. if your pick up coil gap too far out it will do that to.
  14. sounds like a loose wire to me.
  15. definatly check your impellar. next your head may be warped, take it off and use a staight edge and slowly move it a cross the head if you have any gaps that are not on the combustion area there is your problem. get the head shaved fix the problem and gain some ponies at the same time.
  16. yes. you need to talk to who ever did your port work and see if it is compatable. stoking your motor changes your port timing and some port jobs wont work with a stoker kit.
  17. make sure that your carb slide are not all the way closed.
  18. could have just blown out where you had the water leak. i've see odder shit happen.
  19. shouldn't
  20. sounds like the oring on the dome was bad to me.
  21. i don't see any problems with your electical set up just make sure that you have a good groundon the harness(no ground no spark). all the voltage regulator does is keep your lights from blowing out when you rev. as far as the breather hose i ran mine under the aft engine mount and then between the frame and swingarm. the blue wire does go to the voltage regulator. godd luck banshee electics can be a pain in the ass.
  22. passion racing engines. jim does exelent work and he is one hell of a good guy. deffinatly knows his shit.
  23. i got all that from jim for $460 including shipping well $490 if you include the to shipping.
  24. sorry man i couldn't make it out, the old lady was bitchin about how i hadn't spent any time with her and the baby since wednesday when i got my parts back. and how she would just have to sit in the truck and watch. so i told her that she didn't have to go. and that went over like a fart in church. so i stayed home so i didn't have to sleep on the couch. i need to get her a bike to take care of that. any way let me know when you are headin back out and we'll have to hook up for sure.
