  1. when my cdi shit i did a similar thing. intermitent spark but would run fine on the left cylinder but miss like a mofo on the right. i did every thing you have done so far. replaced the cdi and ran like a champ. this may sound wierd but just give it a try disconect the head lights and the tail light and try it. if it runs it the cdi. mine wouldn't start if the lights were hooked up until i put in the new cdi. don't know why. i was desperate and open to any possability. just my 2 cents.
  2. deffinatly a quality product they look real nice. as far as replacement reeds i am pretty sure any oem replacements will work. the part number for the boysens that came with them was 645 power reeds.

  4. got them on today and tried them out, much much better throttle response. can't tell if there is and hp gain because i was just playin around in my drive way. i'll try and hit up sand mountain this week end and give you a full review. after i get a few spare master links i all ready broke one.
  5. i think that i'll just add a few links and run two masters and call it good.
  6. 14 or 15 front for sure. do you want 1st or 2nd gear starts? 2nd gear starts leave it where it is, but you will top out fast and your opponent will still be pullin hard. you will deffinatly need to start in 1st with a 14 or 15 with just pipes.
  7. i extended my swing arm and extened my stock chain 15 links and it fit. i ordered a new chain in 120 lenght and it was 4 links to short. the stock chain i 104 link correct? so that would have made it 119 links. i'm confused.

  9. i was wannering if any one is runnin these if so what do they think. i got some from magic racing for $150. haven't recieved them yet just wandering.
  10. stratigic lightening. around the frame gussets they don't go all the way through. i talked to a guy that did that to his years ago and has never had a problem with cracking or breaking plus it gives it a bit more of a custom look i think.
  11. i plan on getting the sfb billet three piece clutch cover and a billet stator cover. the agressive dune port and the dmc's is sick. it's very loud though about 105 +db gotta be sneeky around the forest service rangers. up shift and lug the crap out of it. a +6 swinger is in work, it's impossible to keep the front end down. that is actually horse falls and i only get to make up there every once in a while when i go home on leave (in the navy), a few time a year. but if any one is ever headin out to sand mountain nv. hit me up i live in fallon.

  16. i hit 86 mph (according to gps) with fmf fatties 20 cc domes and +4 timing stock tires and a 15 /41 gearing before my port work and bore. you don't need lots of hp just a big area.

  18. i got one too with head gasket off an 03 looks brand new.
  19. i'll be there some time the week before christmas if the weather is decent. probably horse fall or spinreel. i have to talk to my mom's boyfriend to work out the details of when and where. but i'll keep ya posted .
