  2. Ole rattle can ray! Lol

  4. Do they have tripple exhaust ports? -Jared
  5. spray it. lol
  6. There is a link in my signature that has pics and a bottom-end walkthrough. With my walkthrough and a clymer manual you can rebuild the entire engine in a weekend pretty easy if you have the seals and any parts you need to replace on-hand. -Jared
  7. Set up correctly that's not that bad of a number on a 4cyl of that size.
  8. if the frame were damaged, I would go rent a forklift and drive it through the side of the company owners vehicle.
  9. Go look up pics of LA Sleeve cylinders and compare them to the ESR Cylinders... Same exact thing.
  10. You only need 1 in each position you listed, if the previous owner doubled up on them, chuck them in the trash.
  11. Without tossing some cash in on the trade, your probly not going to be able to trade small paddles for bigger ones since the bigger paddles are worth more money. Jared
  12. Depends on what swingarm length you have, how your chassis is set up, what you weigh, where you race, what your trying to accomplish with the bike... The list goes on and on. Its tough to tell you in a generic answer if they would work for you or not.
  13. I would also consider guns as partial payment. Just let me know what ya got. Assault rifles preffered. Jared
  14. If you taper off your amperage slowly at the end of your weld you can avoid the little craters you can see at the end of each bead on your silencer hangers. -Jared
  15. Just post pics... its difficult to see good details on those stupid little cell phone screens.
  16. Looks like a knock-off of the LA Sleeve cylinders.
  17. If you dune ride a lot, do the serval not the cub. They can "average" anywhere from 70-100hp depending on what components you bolt onto the cylinders. Like the guy above me said.
  18. Hate to break it to ya guys, but it doesnt matter what material your case saver is made of, it wont save your case. They all flex and they all will put pressure on the cases when they do flex. LoL. Been there done that. Tm design works... Broke case. Dg billet....broke case, no-name poly unit off egay.... Broke case. They help reduce the chances of breaking your cases so bad you have to replace them, but none of them will totally prevent a broken case. Luck is about the only thing going for ya. Haha! Spend the money on good sprockets and chains and keep your chain lubed and adjusted properly. Jared
  19. The first banshee engine I ever built I broke two of them off because I tightened everything down like a monster-tard. Fail.
  20. I agree. Since you would have to split your cases to get the gears side-cut, you might as well replace the clutch actuator arm bearing that's pressed into the cases, get the new clutch cable Windy suggested, and get yourself a nice clutch lever like an ASV. -Jared
  21. PM me, lets talk about it some more & see if we can figure something out. Jared
  22. If you have some big friends... just throw the entire quad back through his front window. lol
  23. If all you do is drag race, then go get yourself an override. If you do other riding mixed with drag racing, then do the following: side-cut your gears shift star mod shift pro kit (but keep the heavier stock spring, don't use the shift-pro spring) shift shaft mod 2nd bearing on the shift drum Try that and see how you like it. -Jared
