Just the stock pipes. No loss of power or bogging out.

Just rebuilt the engine on my banshee and we noticed it barely smokes if not at all. I use caster 927 42 to 1. Its all stock with air box mod. The plugs are a light black. I have the air screws 2.25 out. started at 1.50 turns worked up to 2.5 and thought I should ask. Runs like a dream. I believe its never been jetted and on the stock setup inside. 722 feet on elevation. I don't understand jetting but book marked the stickie to look over the spreadsheet tomorrow when I'm on a cpu.

What should the pickup gap be at?

Just seeing if anyone would be interested in trading for my extra tranny and crank. Out of a running engine stock its whole life. I'm looking for jugs and pistons. let me know

Guessing before I run off and post more I should ask what are J-Arms? or what type I need? The ones I got are stockers

So im pretty new to this and learning quick. Ive blown the lower right ball joint out and the lower left is starting to act up. So with that being said should I just get some used ones off ebay since I dont ride all that much or should i bite the built and order something else... Where do you guys order/buy your parts from? Does the yzf arms swap out to the banshee? Thanks for reading

I bought the lower case off a guy on here. Good seller shipped quick and amazing packaging along with it. Now to rebuild ended up needing a piston to. So now we are waiting on that to get here. Im going to search torque specs next. Thank you guys for your help.

Our maybe I missed a good how to on removing motor and taking the case apart. I did search but didnt find much. I am good at taking things apart and rebuilding

Is there a place other than ebay that you can buy the complete case together?

Hey guys noob here and don`t know a whole lot about 4 wheelers but I borrowed my friends 2002 banshee. We went riding and i attempted a hill climb and failed. After the fall to the bottom the right crank case had busted, after removal of that lower crank case broke. Question is do you have to remove the engine to replace the lower case? We kicked it over after it busted and it fired right up, we shut it off. Just a noob that now has a new addiction.
