    Brand new plugs and good gap! Getting spark now just every other kick it sparks?

    Haven't done a compression check but seems to have good compression!

    I have also checked continuity through my harness and all good!

    No the flywheel doesn't rattle it looks brand new to! The only thing I haven't took off of wife's running bike is the flywheel! I have tried about everything I can think of

    I have the gap set to 0.015 and I have the on/off switch off her running bike! Could it maybe be my flywheel?

    Finished build and no fire! Checked stator and bad took all electrical off wife's running bike and put on mine including wiring harness and still no fire! Tested her stator and pickup coil and tested good! Made sure all grounds are clean and shiny and still nothing! Any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks

    Got everything put back together and no spark! Checked stator and stator was bad so I took the stator off wife's running bike and pickup coil still no spark put her coil on still no spark! I have took all the electrical off of her running bike and put on mine and still can't get fire including wiring harness! Checked stator and pickup coil with ohm meter and tested good! Any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks

    Where can I find pistons that size for a 4mil 115 rod?

    I got ahold of the guy I bought the setup from and it is for a 4mil 110 rod! Mine is 115rod! So I guess it's either a spacer plate or new pistons? Vitos carries a 4mil base gasket that's not a plate just a thicker gasket would that be a good route to take? Thanks for all the input and help

    it uses a stock style bigbore gasket!

    I bolted everything up with gaskets and the head for it and pistons hit the head! Cometic makes a 4mil kit instead of plate it's a thicker base gasket! I think with that I would clear and then do a squish test?

    I have a stock cut head that was being ran with this setup! It was being ran on a 4mil!
