  1. I am looking for a polished front master cylinder and polished thumb throttle housing. Also a braided 7'6" brake line.
  2. I have everything you need!!! I'll get some pics up in a couple hours. I have a set of front and rear RED fenders from a '99 banshee that were pulled off in '01. Rear is good with typical burn from left silencer. Front has slight road rash on outer right side and slight crease from left side being turned down. Both have normal sticker peeling. I also have a brand new set of UFO (which are identical to stock) white fronts. I wasn't really interested in getting rid of them, but I also don't really need them. Since I have everything you need, make an offer. I also have a brand new set of UFO front and rears in BLUE if anyone needs them. I need some money to finish my drag bike.
  3. Oh and also in regards to the electoral college--it was set up because our forefathers thought we weren't intellegent enough to vote. After listening to some peoples reasons against BUSH, and watching some idiots trying to figure out how to fill in a little circle on the ballot yesterday, I am starting to think the fore fathers were right.
  4. The radio just said that Kerry just called and conceeded!!!!!!!!!
  5. So that you support the outlet that you are selling through. Sites cost money, so why should you make it all at the expense of the site owner?
  6. Laymen's terms--You have a certain volume of air that is shoved into a smaller area causing pressure to increase (Piston cramming air into the crankcase). Some of the pressure is bleed off by air going out the ports before the piston can close the ports. The longer the port is open, the more pressure that bleeds.
  7. They aren't changing anything. Like was said it was a pic of "the new banshee" in a magazine that just had the Maier plastics on it.
  8. Well, I like my liquid cocaines just a little different: 3 parts Jager, 2 parts 151, 1 part Rumple Minze Let me to give you some more ideas. 3 wisemen: Shot with 1 part each Jack, Jim Beam and Jose Cuervo. For a 4 Horsemen, add some Jonnie Walker Red. Iced Tea: BIG glass full of ice with 1 shot each-white rum, vodka, gin, triple sec, everclear then fill with 1/2 coke, 1/2 sweet and sour. Ameretto sour: small glass full of ice with 1 shot ameretto and 2 shots of sweet and sour Royal Butt: Shot with 1 part Crown Royal and 1 part Buttershots Buttery Nipple: Shot with 40% Baileys Irish Cream and 60% Buttershots Hot apple pie: Shot with Hot Damn and Apple pucker, mix to taste I'll have to get the recipe for "Alabama Slammer" and "Tie me to the bedpost". The latter one is a good fruity drink that girls love. Also the F$%K You shot that I have yet to try.
  9. I got the package from you a couple days ago Monk! I just wanted to say thanks, and appologize again for paypal taking a week to clear. I don't know why?
  10. Do you have a wiring harness by chance? PM me.
  11. Uh, what are yellow label wheels?
  12. X-1 is stock stroke, X-3 is +4. Ford diesels don't make that much HP anyway, I own a couple. What I read was a stock Chrysler Hemi (which is what the top fuel motors are "based" on) couldn't turn the supercharger. Which if you consider the blower on a 3.8 V-6 Ford Thunderbird supercoupe is supposed to require 50 HP to turn at 21PSI, it wouldn't be surprising that a blower for a 6000HP engine would take some effort.
  13. It isn't all of the missouri motors that are having problems. My passion +4 runs well. I do think it is a missouri issue though. It seems jetting around here is totally different than other parts of the nation. I run 35PWK's with 50 pilots and 150 mains CGL's for needles. This is for circle track with extended WOT. Guys, TRY THE CGL'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the record, I have tried MANY domes. Jim can testify for this. Many different squishes, amounts of compression, shapes, etc. They pretty much just affected the overrev of the engine. I never have lost bottom end. It pulls very hard even from the bottom. Jim, why does Kabina get a set of X-3's? Wheres mine? I'll give you a dyno test of them vs. my set that will be done in MI. Call me and we can talk about it. Jim and Jack, why don't you come over this way and we can all go to the dyno at Paducah. Its a very nice place with two very good tuners that run it. I know the guys well. We can also dyno my TT bike that will have the last set of cylinders I got from you. Also, there is a new set of lectrons that I bought waiting for me at this shop and we can compare them to the PWK's that Jack and I run. This dyno does not give out big numbers though.
  14. I would recommend the DVD titled, "Getting started on Electric Guitar". It is put out by Fender and is absolutely awesome. You can have no knowledge of anything about a guitar (like me) and be playing songs in two days. PM me if you want more info about it.
  15. Talking about the reliabilty of TOP FUEL DRAGSTERS reminds me of an interview with a top fuel engine builder. He said, "I build some of the most reliable engines in top fuel. My engines will hold together for 5 seconds. Good thing we make it down the track in 4.5."
  16. My understanding is this will be on alky no adders. The engines will be for drag only and as can be expected, will need to be rebuilt often. I think Jim has the knowledge to do this and now with the help of technology, I think he just might be able to follow through. Jim is a great guy with a lot of ideas and R&D under his belt, and has quickly started to make a name for himself in the banshee world. Now he is attempting to carry that name to the top of the banshee drag scene. I sincerly hope he does. Last time I talked to Jim, my name was supposed to be on the top of the list for a set of the new +4 cylinders.
  17. This is correct. I hate people that don't know what they are talking about. A guy once argued with me that he had a 9mm stroker. +4 and 5mm longrod.
  18. Uh, either your YZ is about a 77 model, or you need to learn to ride. I have owned KDX's. They are good woods bikes because all they have is lowend power. 125's can make a KDX look stupid. KX500's are poor handling. For a super fast big bike, go with the KTM380! I rode one of them that had a pipe and some other goodies for baja racing. Its the only thing I have ever rode in my life that when I got off of it, my hands were shaking. And I own a CBR1000RR .
  19. The CO2 is where your pressure comes from. No more PUMPING!!!!!!!!
  20. Back in college, a friend who had his own apartment made one. Take a old, working refrigerator and take the shelfs out. Put the Keg in and sit the CO2 (I think that is what they use) tank behind the refrigerator. Drill a hole for the CO2 supply line. He then drilled a hole and mounted a tap on the outside of the door and added a tap handle like you see in a bar. The beauty of this setup is you can now fill the freezer with mugs. Just pull a frosty mug from the freezer and fill you up a cold beer.
  21. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0922042speed1.html Here is a picture of the ticket. If the officer was 2 tenths of a second slow starting the stopwatch, and 2 tenths fast stopping it, then the speed would be 187MPH which is very likely. Although, I had heard that Tilley works for a motorcycle performance shop. This came from someone that heard him on a radio show. As was said, a WELL tuned and geared RC could possibly break 200MPH. As was said, sport bike speedo's are the most innacurate instruments in the world. The funny thing is, they all read about the same regardless of brand. I have taken my CBR1000RR to an indicated 170MPH in 5th gear. The digital speedometer was still skipping 3-4 MPH while accelerating past 160.
  22. Rand's swaybars are model specific. They aren't universal like Lonestars or the durablue like I run. I hate to say it, but it might not be for a banshee.
  23. Needing 97-up wiring harness. Actually all I need is the rectangluar 6 prong plug that the CDI plugs into so it can be in any condition. Thanks
  24. I have one. I can't remember if it is brand new or used. I bent my right side and replaced it but I can't remember if I replaced them both or if the extra left is still new. Anyway, I'll take $60 shipped if its new and $45 shipped if its used. PM me if interested.
