I ride at glamis and with the motor work you have 13 would be the best start. You need to start the race in second and lean forward when you drop the clutch or you will flip over. After that lean back standing up and that will help you get over the woops better. By the time you are at the base of the hill you should be in 4th gear. A little after the base you should shift into 5th and sit your ass as far back as you can to get the weight over the tires for traction. After that look at your compition falling behind and when you come to the top of the hill sit forward more or you will be doing a quick huge wheelie. By the way when I had the same things done that you have I had 13-42-43 and I weigh 240lbs. Winning at the hill is all about getting over the woops faster than the other guy.
