bluebanshee98 Posted February 20, 2015 Report Posted February 20, 2015 whats the routine to get abs like thatWhile doing exercises for abs is important you gotta remember that how lean or ripped you are depends on your body fat percentage. You can do abs till your blue in the face... If you do not have your body fat percentage down then they will not show well. Clean diet, regular exercise and cardio consistency must be done to get your percentage down. Now those with a higher metabolism will tend to stay lean easier, and loose fat quicker. They may not even need Cardio either Quote

F1HDR Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 Research published in ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal also found alcohol depresses the immune system and slows the body’s ability to heal, which could increase your risk of illness and injury. Bullshit research! Alcohol heals all and has helped dumbass's survive dumbassery for centuries. 1 Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 How much you can lift is purely just numbers to an extent. While more weight sometimes means more muscle in some instances its not always fhe case. Perfect example was someone at my gym a couple days ago benching 365. Yes he was lifting a good amount of weight but if you looked at his physique he wasn't in good shape at all... Not cut and no lean mass yet the guy next to him wasn't lifting a lot of weight, was shredded and had good proportions of lean mass.
