locogato11283 Posted June 5, 2015 Author Report Posted June 5, 2015 Did 3 miles this morning running and 10 miles on the bike after work. You ran much before? I fucked my feet up over the winter from running so much. Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 New line of c4! And new ON flavor!!!!!!! How much did that run ya? You know you could get the energy from real food right? Quote
sprinklerman Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 Tell me how to get 320mg of caffeine to enter my plasma 15 min after I consume it, and for cheaper than what the c4 costs, and I'll try it. 120 servings of c4 and a 5lb tub of ON was $147 at GNC. The c4 was buy one get one half off which is the only time I stock up. whey -$57.99 60 servings of the new c4 is $64.99. It's $5 more than the old stuff. 3 cups of coffee. 1 Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 are you really that pressed short on time that you have to workout in 15 minutes? Maybe you have a hectic schedule. All I'm saying is there is nothing more healthier then real foods and fruits/juices imo Quote
sprinklerman Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 3 cups of coffee. I am pressed for time, but I could give it 30 minutes. I know I can get some carbs from juice and fruit, but what food give me the same amount of caffeine as preworkout? I dont FEEL energy from simple carbs/sugar. I FEEL it from caffeine.See above. 1 cup of coffee averages 120-130 MG caffeine. Quote
sprinklerman Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 So all I need to do is brew 3 cups of coffee, throw it in the freezer, then chug it?You're smart, I'm sure you'll figure it out. Quote
