  3. Hey look its me getting ready to film you getting smoked by your brother up china wall. I will get that posted here soon. I know your brother is dying to see it. Your bike is built to be faster than your brothers. I know I built both of them. Its all in the tuning. The carbs are set up wrong and that 120 PSI you have sucks. Get rid of that head and get into a NOSS unit and tighten up the cc volume, jet those carbs right. Then race him again.
  4. Yes it is. Its only a 250cc right now. The Old Trinity jug has lots of bores left in it. Its the most reliable bike I own. They stopped selling this sleeve a while back. Everyone had problems seizing and cracking the jug on them. You have to run them fat or they overheat real fast and stick the piston.

  12. Everything looks nice. With just the head milled check your static compression. You will probably want to bump it up in the future even for pump gas. NOSS makes a nice cool head that would be a good upgrade down the road.
  13. If its a money thing eliminate the TORs. The stock carbs are good when set up right. They get a bad rap. Just clean them out real nice when you remove the TORs.

  15. No wonder you had 55 HP. This thing was ready to stick a piston. It was ugly. hard to believe that all it had on it was dyno time. This thing said it was hot and lean. Since I didn't put this motor together or tune it I'm not sure what happened. The plugs say fat and the one cylinder says fat but hot. The other cylinder says lean. I know the jetting on the carbs sounds way off. Hopefully with the new carbs setup by me and checking the stator out will kill this problem.

  17. Fran and I worked with DR.Q and know what the Zilla can do if done right. Its no match dollar for dollar and is just not capable of running in open class with a Shee. The Zilla must be respected when built right. Depending on what he has done to it he can beat you. Once you find out what he has and if you get beat we can put something together to beat him.back some.
  18. I just got mine last night. Banshee under stock cover sling shot lock up. Its good to know that I will have to remove the extra steel plate in the clutch pack. Remove one row of ball bearings for my little 4 mil. Anything else I need to know on this install? I'm going out this Friday and would like to have it in. By the way nice PC on the inside of the case dajogejr.

  20. I'm not happy with the PSI your at and really not happy with those Dyno numbers. Even if the dyno reads low it cant be that far off. Work with me here and we will bring those numbers up. With the PSI you are running along with the timing might be making the motor pre-detonate. I wanted to hit the static around 175-180 with the gas you are using. Please give me a ring this motor can do lots better. Cheers Kevin
  21. The last time we spoke you just finished 22 miles of eating 4 strokes up. I will work with a motor I do until we get it right. If I have to ship out different domes or take the whole motor back and figure it out myself. I will try and do my best to make any wrongs right.
  22. How did we make out on this? I forgot what our last step was. You got it right and are taking it over to the Dyno to see what it will do?
  23. No, the Blaster has a different size bolt pattern. If you get the Blaster hubs it will fit on the Banshee axle. Then the Blaster rims would bolt on.
  24. No that wont hurt it at all. An aggressive port job will be higher.
  25. Just 2mm out of the top of the exhaust? That's what I'm guessing. Make sure you understand what he is doing.
