  1. No, put it in a box and send it to me.
  2. That sucks. Sounds like they could have gotten a lot more. At least they didnt steal my uh.. cough** your Banshee.
  3. Bring the bike up to me with the pipes and carbs off. I will leak it down for you no charge. You can do it when you come pick up the head. That was you right?
  4. I'm here to support you. We need to find out why this happened. Sounds like it was lean. Like I wrote in the email, pictures would be great. I can get new pistons out to you but you don't want to just throw it back together without figuring out the problem that caused this. It will just happen again. I have been here with multiple customers. Sorry this happened to you. We can find the problem and fix it. We always do.
  5. I have two them on my bikes. Haven't had a problem with them. One was behind a 90+ hp motor for 2 seasons. I did have a friend that cracked one. It was replaced under warranty.
  6. What I do is lower the exhaust down and then bring the transfers back up to where I want them. It seems to work well with the ones we have done. You will pay for the work that needs to be done and its not cheap.
  7. Cascade has some very nice Shearers. The chrome is outstanding. Now if Sand Toyz is doing the same thing I would go with them. Haven't seen a pair from them yet but John is a top notch guy. If says they are good you better believe they will be.
  8. Give me a ring. You wont be disappointed. Mild to wild! 760-815-1316
  9. Are you trying to lower it for a particular reason? We put longer eye to eye shocks on it to raise it up. Sat too low for us using the 450 front end.
  10. Who's beating you at the hills now? What? Nobody? That HJR guy actually knows what he is doing. Who would of thought
  11. Dyno tuning is great if the guy doing it is good. Will he change out plugs, jets and mess with timing? Does he know Banshees?
  12. I'm with Snop on that. Why try and lay out $500.00 to $600.00 for pipes to try and get a couple more horse power. Looks like good numbers to me.
  13. Butch got a hold of it. It had a small air leak, pickup gaped wrong, tightened and gaped the plugs. Put the timing at +4 and then changed jetting cause of the other stuff. It runs well from what Butch told me. TeamReal should be a happy camper now!
  14. How did you do? Like I dont know. Its all about the little things.
  15. Thanks for your help Butch. Your a stand up guy. Its hard trouble shooting these things over the phone.
  16. We are just busting balls. dajogejr is good people. He knows my bike is faster than his..........
  17. From my parts those are fighting words. Get ready for a soy bean tofu ass whipping
  18. Do you have a gear chart? I have one I can send you in an excel spread sheet. With just 3,000 more working rpm the bike will produce 20 MPH in top gear 15 MPH in 4 or 5 th. My dune/hill shoot port job that TRO73 has will produce the 3,000 more rpm on the top end compared to unported stock cylinder. So it can be done without changing gearing or tires. I've done it. The gear chart is good to have if you don't have one. Its a working sheet that takes all the multiplication out of your hands. You can change gearing and tire size with it.
  19. Hey! Why you wrecking my game? We always see 15 to 20 mph top end difference from our ported motors with pipes and carbs to unported piped bikes. Sometimes the bike was way out of tune to begin with but thats not my fault.
  20. Sounds like the idle is lean. try turning the air screw on the carb in a 1/2 turn or more or go up one size on the pilot jet. Make sure your not lean on any other circuit. If you haven't been on it at WOT for any amount of time you might be lean from top to bottom. What carbs and what jetting is in them? Include the needle and clip position. What is your elevation above sea level?
  21. Yes, thats how they come. You can use all the old hardware from your old pipes.
  22. No worries. I'm taking care of Mr. Mudtruck. This goes to show you that you cant be too careful in the setup of your motor. The 2 stroke is a simple machine but you still have certain guide lines to follow especially when introducing more power to it. Once fixed I'm sure he will let everyone know how it runs.
  23. Have you adjusted the sir screws at all? 1 to 2 turns out from bottom.
  24. True that. Make sure your rings are good.
  25. Check the compression. A scratch wont hurt it.
