  1. I have a stock set of jugs. New Wiseco pistons 64.25 with gaskets $595, that's with no porting. Add the porting you want and ride. -$200 if you turn in your good core stock cylinders.
  2. Also could be the pilots are slightly pluged. Bad when cold but ok when warm. Clean them if the air screw trick does not work.
  3. What are your air screws set at? Might be getting too much air on the idle circuit for the pilot jets you are running. When cold the bike needs more gas on the idle circuit. Try turning the air screws in a half to one full turn. Then try starting it again.
  4. NOSS machine is the best. Will cut domes any way you want them. Always gets back to you in a timely manner and gets your order out the door fast. :thumbsup:

Stuff pops up on builds that holds turn around time up. Mistakes can even be made. It happens. We are human. I will always stand behind my motors and take care of any mistakes.   8. UPP intakes or my billet ones for bling! 35 PWK's 6 inch pods with 20 degree angle. I have it all and my carbs come with the correct jets for my port job that you run. Plus I do a couple other tricks to them.

  18. I'm with Flotek. You can get more power by just transfer work than you can in the intake. Intake seems to be what everyone looks at. By the way you web site looks real nice Floteck. Good pictures.

  22. If you want to go cheap get the +4 stroker crank with the standard rods and run the base plate. You can use the stock style pistons you have. You will be out the price of the crank and gaskets. Then just the time to put it in. At minimum I would buy the +4 stroker crank with the standard rods. Run no base plate and run a stock cut head to clear the pistons at TDC. Port match the new stroke. Even better buy the +4 stroker crank with the long rod and 795 pistons. Mid to upper end port job and cool head with custom cut domes.

  24. A lot of talent on this site. I just saw a bunch of FireHeads work at Glamis last weekend. Now that is some nice billet stuff you make FireHead. I also know BigRed350x does some awesome work.
