  1. Thats to bad. I have had my share of bad deals with people in the business. I would hate to be on the other side of the world and have it happen. PM me if you want someone else to deal with.   2. You will drop all the transfers and exhaust floors 2mm. You will need domes cut for a -2mm deck height. A recess of 92 to 97 thousandths is standard for a 4 mil. Raising the roofs is another story. You have to be careful, remember you just added 2mm to all the roofs. Good Luck Kevin
  3. This sounds like a blast. PS stuff brings out some fast machines. Lets see if I can stop blowing stuff up and welding on stuff before I unhook the CDI :: Maybe I can get a decent cub motor over to Butch to test on the tracks out East.
  4. New shearer small bore in frame pipes, port job to match the pipes and cool head with your choice of domes to run pump or race gas = $1050.00 Mail the cylinders out to me and I will turn them around in a week for you. If your looking for just HP thats the best way to get it.

  7. You got lucky with that nick in the front transfer. The floors dropped past it but the roof almost didn't make it. The chamfer of the port took it out. That was close. I thought you said it was on the intake side. All things said and done it came out perfect. With the bike set up right it will absolutely fly! Let me know if you have trouble setting it up.

  9. He called me a few weeks back. Cant remember his name. He seemed to be leaning towards Denny at Flotek. He called because of a couple Banshees I have running at the same track. He said he was still a couple months out from doing the build.
  10. Try Dropping the main down. My 400cc drag motors end up at 158 to 160 at sea level with that needle.
  11. What needle are you running? Main jets seem a big to me.
  12. I've seen and heard about that Blaster. It runs hard. Someone that races at that track asked to port his his 250r to beat that Blaster. I told him I couldn't guarantee that I could do that for him. You know us builders that work out of our own garages don't know what we are doing....... :thumbsup:
  13. I found that if its 5 pounds or less use USPS. If its 6 pounds or more FedEx ground.

  17. Off subject here but I love my 140cc Lifan motor. Put it in my old CT90 Honda. Have over 3,000 miles on it. Do you have yours in inthemail? On subject...If you can weld its an easy job to do. Take some measurements of the old one. Hack it off. Use some chromoly tubing cut to size and weld it on.

  19. With a +5 swinger, 4 mil cub a 22-9 paddle might be too much bite at the line. I hate ending up on my back. But none the less I would go with 22-10 paddle on an +8 swinger minimum, +10 depending on the power its putting out. This is only because hill shooting/drag racing is first priority. I think you made the right choice since carving the bowls is what you want. You will still be able to hill shoot. You should be able to run lots of motors down with that +4 mil cub.

  22. I think the Banshee is the easiest cases to split. The Blaster is even harder.
  23. So everything is OK, it just wont idle? It is pulling to the top of the RPM band. Keep an eye on your plugs and take some 160 mains with you in case you need to go up. Hows the static compression? That should be checked now that you have had some time on it. Those rings wont last forever in that drag port. Do what streetshee said.
