  1. If this is a stock stroke, 192 Exhaust port and 123 transfer ports. 34.5 blow down. This set up would be ok on a set of T-5's but I personally would run more transfer duration on this set up. As port durations go they are ok.
  2. Shearers are the best bang for the buck. If you know the correct port durations to set these up with nothing comes close.
  3. I don't know his work but I'm sure he will tell you what kind of HP to expect from it.
  4. Polish your bike looks sweet! I might have to do a PC on mine some day. This ghetto look is getting old. I need more money to support my habit.
  5. Just like it
  6. Thats sounds like a nice ride. Those T-6 pipes will need to go when you port it.
  7. Those are nice. Makes me want to go ride. This is SoCals off season unless you like 115
  8. It takes a while but if you have time to burn its easy. I do mine by hand with a cut off wheel or grinder. If you accidentally cut through the case in a spot or two just use some epoxy on it. I use lab-metal http://www.alvinproducts.com/Products/Products.asp?id=1 This is the poor mans way make no mistake but I be poor. Here's a couple of pictures of a 7 mm I did. http://community.webshots.com/photo/209989...033666981RbWzBI http://community.webshots.com/photo/209989...033666981RNWvjE
  9. I know it will pull second with a 14 tooth. You already have it. Try it. 3 MPH is a ton when your neck & neck. I use to run it on mine when it was stock. I've owned banshees since 1988 and you ride the same place I do. What are you riding Anthony?
  10. Sounds like a stock stroke crank. At least it
  11. With a 65.50 piston and a +4mm crank you are only at a 390.87 CC. At 66 you would be 396.86 so rounded up you could say 400 cc. Like Ratbike said do you have a spacer plate under the jugs? Do the pistons come out of the jugs at top dead center. They would only come out about 2 mm without a spacer plate.
  12. Its more money on a sprocket plus another gear to shift. Putting the 14 tooth back on will get you 3 MPH more in forth gear. It should still pull second gear starts off the line just fine. A simple port will put you out in front of those 4 pokes.
  13. Hey Paul how you doing? Never got a lead on those CPI pipes for ya. I didn't know you went by RATBIKE on this forum. How's your bike doing?
  14. The WS6 is here. They closed our local track down so she sits a lot these days. http://community.webshots.com/user/kevsws6/ http://www.planetsand.com/memberphotos/290888-Video0.mpg http://www.planetsand.com/memberphotos/290893-Video1.mpg
  15. Sounds like he builds V8 motors. If he runs a hot rod shop for four strokes I would ask some questions first. What durations (exhaust and transfer) is he cutting for your drag port motor. What % of bore width is the exhaust going to be widened? This will tell you if he knows what he is doing. Then come back and give us the numbers. For that price I don't think he is cutting any extra ports or welding anything up.
  16. You should be able to get him in the 1/8 but I dont know about the 1/4.
  17. No pistons with that setup but full drag port.
  18. For that price I would buy them. I will let you know when I do mine. To backed up right now to do it.
  19. Stock through 7MM Drag ported & Plated $1075.00 with the sponsor RDZ.
  20. They have good prices on Ebay.
  21. I run 34 pj's on my 4 mm. I have a set of 39's I havent put on yet. I'm trying to dyno them back to back and see what I get. Put them on and get back to us with what you think.
  22. I dont know about RDZ but the stance on that bike is sick.
  23. I'm not sure on the size. Try pulling a bolt out of something else on the bike that looks like it will thread into the hole. Once you find the right thread pitch take note of the length. Then go to the local hardware store and pick it up. Even if you dont get the correct length you can cut it down with a hack saw. So error on the long side.
  24. Don't cut the piston, cut the exhaust. First widen it to 70% of the bore width. If that's not enough you can start raising the exhaust ceiling up.
