  1. Either buy real PWK or fix your stock. Knock-offs will cause more problems then they'll solve.
  2. They still sell them new. https://www.facebook.com/fullboreplastics/
  3. About $550, they don't make Evol in standard travel. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  4. Everything gone but the blue and white works and the extreme rear paddles, feel free to make offers.
  5. I'll do my best not to. I've got cases, mounts and an output shaft from a yfz on the way so I can locate my sprocket properly and design my own mounts. Should be interesting!
  6. Do a leak down test on your engine so you don't have to guess and check.
  7. Hmm, weird. Hopefully you get it figured out. Once you're logged in post pictures is very easy.
  8. Downloading tapatalk on your phone is the best way to get pics to load if you're interested in doing so.
  9. The size of the engine will depend on how much I enjoy it. I have a spare stock engine as well as 4mil stock cylinder. I also have parts for a 421 and 465 serval, one of which may well end up in here. Right now I'm thinking the 4mil stock cylinder with a set of modified Pro Circuits. I have a set of those and some Aliens I don't mind cutting up. This will be a "race" bike/beater for me so I doubt I'll ever shell out the money for custom pipes on it. If I could get my hands on one of his kits I would likely buy it as a starting point but I would make modifications to it. I don't believe he is selling them anymore though as I've tried to reach him.
  10. I have a complete motor, electrical and all the rear end for it. I'm missing peg bolts, seat and the time and skills to fabricate the mounts and pipes. I could never be HP2000, he's on another level.

  12. Probably going to be a long project but I'd like to document it so I figured I'll start a thread. Picked up a frame and plastics this weekend. Had some suspension parts in my garage. I'm going to practice my welding and try and do most of the fab work myself. I'll drop a few pictures of the start below.
  13. Yes. The 4" round LED fit in the stock housing if you grind the mounts off and epoxy them in. Without a DC conversion its only marginally more light though.
  14. Could be your idler gear. I'd pull the clutch cover and inspect.
  15. - Stator/Flywheel($285): Everything works as it should. No rattle on the flywheel, never been improperly pulled. Small knick as shown. - Crank ($265): Low hour stock stoke crank just trued and welded by Roger at Wicked. Also had him replace the outer bearings while they were off. Hard pressed to find a nicer used crank. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  16. 1 and 7 sold. Still have chrome works, blue/white works, paddles and filters. Blue and white works should be $265/shipped sorry for the typo.
  17. Love you too Tony 😘. I was exaggerating on the price of spray paint vs. powder but if you buy a gun powder is actually cheaper than spray paint for a DIY. I will never understand spending ~40 hours tearing a bike completely down and rebuilding it to skimp out on a couple hundred in powder. No matter what you do it will look like crap after a couple rides, no amount of sanding, priming, etc will change that. One of my bikes has powder that was done in 1998 and it still looks minty.
  18. Powder coating is about the same price as buying spray paint. No offense but if you can't afford powder an old banshee is not for you. Also uncut fenders are valuable, sell or trade those for cut ones and apply money towards powder.
  19. Mine was a PIA too but finally got it. Had to press the bearing with more force than I wanted to to get clearance for the pin.
  20. +1 for 35mm being too much carb. I run 28mm on a 4mil stock cylinder and plan on using them when I install my 421 serval. I own 33s and 35s also, they'll go on the 10 mil.
