  2. I had 22s on my bike when I first got it and they were one of the first things to go. Im over 230, and the sidewalls need to be shorter or Ill peel them off on some of the stuff we come across. I now run 20s, Razr2s ,on rims with reinforcing rings, and theyve been great. Not to mention that the 22s look like a John Deere.

  5. Thats good to know, I just replaced my shee stocker with a +4, so itll work out well. What about the disc, sprocket, hubs etc....? Does the carrier work on the stock blaster swinger?
  6. Youve obviously built her the way you want her,why not keep her? Is the LTR brand new? Check the gearing on her if shes an 06 theyre known for soft gears. BUMP here guys for a stellar condition bike, way morethan the 4Gs asking price has obviously been invested.

  8. I think he means a hidden key holder to hide your key on your bike. Free bump for some nice condition and CLEAN parts, you never get parts like that in the mail.

  11. X2, Im cheap, so I always try to find the best deal. I buy all sorts of stuff from the states and its always cheaper, unless a courier is used. Stay away from couriers, and your parts will always be cheaper for the states.
  12. While your familiar with the setup, take the carbs off and do a little digging. Its invaluable info to know what mains and pilots your running, especially in PA where you will need to rejet for the seasons. Theyre simple to do. Take the carb off, one at a time as they are different flip upside down and remove aluminum cap little brass bolt item is your main jet, its size is printed on the side close to the main, is a tiny hole like 3mm across, its the hole where the pilot jet is, it comes out with a small precision screwdriver, its size is also written on its side. while in, clean thoroughly with a dirty rag, and litter from the cats box (JOKING) Reassemble.
  13. I was running stockers all last year on my setup, then over the winter went to a set of 34mmPJs. I run triple ported cylinders, and I thought I was really at the capacity of the cylinders truly. I took the bike out just a few days ago, and WOW, these 34mms have completely woken it up. In fact, one of the kids who works for me has a tuned LTR 450. I let him take mine for a little rip down the road in front of my house, and when he came back, he was white as a ghost and told me it the craziest thing he had ever ridden, and admittedly , his bike didnt even come close. The bigger carbs have made the single biggest difference since pipes & porting.
  14. Im not from a high elevation, but I do have my bike dialed in pretty good. My mods are comprable to yours minus the 4mil but my jetting numbers are much lower. Now that I have PJs the setup will have to be refined again My setup was 270 mains, and 27.5 pilot, as instructed to me from Wildcard. Youd have to compenstae for the air being thinner, but Im thinking 300 mains and 30 pilots? I ran mine in -25c on 320 mains, and 32.5 pilots and fouled all day long.
  15. Im new to my PJs as well, but to me you sound a little lean? I have my setup listed in my signature, and granted its colder here, but Im up around 170mains, and 58 pilots, just chiming for reference anyway.

  17. So Im gonna build a blaster for my wife, and Ive got to think about what to do to it. Im ultimately looking for pipes, suspension, well see about carb, but I have a spare 34mmPJ, nerf bars etc....
  18. Check and make sure youve still got adequate gas in her, that could be as simple as it is, as they do rev high when emptying out? Make sure you check really well around the crossover tube intakes(where youre boost bottle goes in) take the bottle off and look. They(as Im sure you know ) are notorious for cracking the intakes causing a lien condition and a high rev situation.

  20. Yeah its funny this has come up. There was a guy here today who had just bought a banshee for $700 CAD, cause the seller couldnt get it running after he replaced the footpegs, lol. Turns out the footpeg wasnt allowing enough clearance for a full stroke on the kicker, so we bum started it, and off she went, lol! Anyone wanna buy a set of footpegs, lol <",)))><

  22. Dont rule out it being for a twist throttle either, that happened to me as well. When I got a new one, it worked with extra adjustment, no problem!
  23. Looks good, Ive been looking for a supplier of a arm plates, that might be my only option, post up the a arms when done!
