  1. Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking do you think just stock carbs would be good or something bigger?
  2. And I mostly ride fields back roads etc. Never really hit trails if I do its not for an extended amount of time
  3. A friend that does his own porting on bikes and street cars did the porting he's done banshees before among other things looks really good comparing it to other similarly ported cylinders measurements and almost exact...and thanks for the carb advice I'm probably going to go back to duals eventually might even do it before I finish the build just gotta see what's in the budget thanks guys!
  4. Rebuilding my bike newly ported cylinders dune/play port...has Vito cool head (believe it's hemi II) pro circuit exhaust and the trinity 2into1 35mm carb setup and im going to get some vforce 3 reeds...I'm going to have the crank welded and what not...my next questions are will that 35mm carb be enough with the new port or should I spend the extra money and go back to duals and what size if I stay with single or go to duals? I don't know much about the jet sizes for the single carb I assume I'll have to go up 2 or 3 sizes...and last question is are the pro circuits the right kind of pipe for my setup? From what I've read this bike seems to be set up for trails with single carb and pro circuits just kind of want to know what direction to lean toward thanks guys!
  5. Bought a banshee a couple months ago with the stage iv intake 35mm carb pro circuit exhaust Vito cool head and trail port...my question is what size carbs should I go with...it runs great and I would do this on the next rebuild just curious on what I could run previous owner said he thinks it might have a 4mil crank but I haven't ripped into it yet to see...also the Intake manifold boot is dry rotted doesn't seem to be all the way through and I was having a hard time finding a 35mm 2into1 intake boot would just a regular 35mm boot work that would normally be used on a twin carb set up?
  6. parting out my banshee everything except engine and rear tires anybody live near jerseyville il id be willing to sell frame minus rear tires for 500 includes brake system and wiring harness and control arms
  7. i think the ohms is off on that coil...try and find the page on here that tells you what it should read...i think its around 7-9 but id try and find it..it will tell you the other readings too
  8. only been sitting for a month? should start if it ran when you put it away...check the kill switch.
  9. and to add to what star said ^ make sure you clean everything first...the last thing you want is dirt and grime falling into everything....made that mistake the first time i split the cases on a bike a long time ago
