  1. No idea about washer, look at a parts diagram. Did you use caliper grease on the pins? Are pins good? Not rusty/crusty or bent?
  2. Do a leakdown test ASAP (before running again) 6lbs for 6 minutes.
  3. If you have stock silencers you're good to go. Sometimes it sounds like it depends on if the Rangers got lucky the night before.
  4. Silencers U S F S approved?
  5. Way you're flapping your cock holster, you don't need a flag. They'll be able to see the streams of jizz spurting all over.
  6. BTW, rebuild kits only contain stock size jets (of questionable quality), which will be wrong for your set up, and will roast your engine. You'd be lucky to get it to run with 35's WTF are some people thinking? Be different if they were selling you a set of 28's.
  7. First thing to do is get a Clymers repair manual, or find the download on this site. When you have carbs apart, set float level. Fuck, might just as well clean them, install new float needle valve and seat, set float height. Has a leak down test ever been done on your fresh engine? What exactly is it doing that you feel is wrong enough to consider carbs. What's the name of the shop , Ben Dover Racing? All deliveries in the rear, take it like a man.
  8. Do you know why it blew? Do a leakdown before disassemblY?
  9. Have you ever done a plug chop or read the plugs with the correct plugs?
  10. Is fuel fresh? Check that the float bowls don't have gunk built up from evaporated bullshit eco gas in there. Shit looks like jelly, dries up and turns to powder.
  11. To bad Yammy didn't copy the 250R geometry way back then. Didn't even come close until the 450r/x.
  12. When was the last time you cleaned the petcock/filter ??
  13. Short answer? Google search. How to do leakdown test + Banshee HQ
  14. Come to the MURDER MITTEN and say it to his face. Might find why it's called that. Dump yo ass in Flint.
  15. Bet you still didn't measure the bores, did you? If they aren't round and straight you're wasting the price of new pistons, and may cost you even more when it blows up. Nice and big, like an 8 mile whore. .303 piston clearance and .045 ring gap it's a wonder you had that much compression. Never trust a previos owner much. Always verify it yourself. Receipts, eyeball, micrometer, calipers, compression gage, etc
  16. jetting/tuning is pretty much same thing. Might just want to clean carbs and be done with it. jlsparky has a good carb vidio on Utube. Do one carb at a time as parts are different but fit in wrong carb. I prefer to soak in Berrymans carb dip, don't soak any plastic or rubber. Make sure you can blow air through any hole/passage and can see through main, pilot jet and holes on side of emusion tube are clear.
  17. Correct float bowl on correct carb? Slides in correct carb? Double check float level. Fuel going into bowls?
  18. Clean any oxidation off mount area, rust off stator poles and timing nubs. Locktite on screws.
  19. "took" would be the proper form of "take" If your translate program even follows that. English is one of the hardest languages, that's why imigrants aren't required to know it to become citizen any more. All the panty waist Liberals and Demos
  20. Flat black ceramic on all motor parts ftmfw!!
  21. Fuck beefM2M, like he always new everything from day one. Anytime you change the amount of air into or out of the engine you have to jet accordingly. Then you have to either plug chop or learn to read the plugs. There is a stickied thread in jettin/exhaust forum : "What jets are you running" . Read through that and find set-ups like yours and see what jets they used. Always start rich and work your way down.
  22. What's it doing that you think it needs to be changed?
  23. Nice spread on her pussy, like to shoot a few live rounds in there.
  24. The "air screw" adjusts the fuel/air ratio on the pilot circut. Turn clockwise until lightly seated, turn ccw 1 1/2 for starting point. You have decribed the throttle slide stop screw.
