Why do you give a fuck, and why does it really fucking matter?

Tork the ones you can get at, then "feel" it with wrench, duplicate on hard to reach. Or buy cheap wrench and adapter and make own "special" crows foot for torque wrench. In Clymers manual it has formula for conversion. If making own, use even number such as 4" for easy math. Motion Pro (IIRC) has an adapter for most any box/open wrench, about $40

Forgot to add, K&N no lid

Probably. Only you can plug chop/read to confirm. Son has unported 4mil, Fmf signatures, vito's reeds/stock cage, +4*, 300m, 27.5p for summer about 900' asl

So fast that tires are already bald

Overly strong verbage, sorry. Better advice for someone with little to no experience would be to try one step (at a time) leaner (after trying full rich)(with no improvement). Most can't tell/feel/hear difference between lean/rich bog. Then when at full lean on needle would be to suggest leaner needle.

Think he was refering to your screen name. What temps and elevation are you riding? Pipes and intake only modifications? Where you live BTW? Holy shit, is that a pic out your front door?? -
Didn't see in original post that you had bottom end apart. Is this so? If it is then you have to split it again and start over. It is possible to split with cyls on, tho a little more tricky (I've never done that). Your case vent should be put into cup of water, only way to tell if it's leaking. Test the tester first. Case surfaces must be oil free. A acid brush works well for spreading yammybond or 3bond. Laquer thinner works good for cleaning old shit off. Take care not to get any in threaded holes, or lots of excess near them. As to jetting/tuning, except when making major changes, change one thing at a time. No experience with Vito's needles, if they're not same as stock, use stock. Start with screw @ 1.5 out. The suggestion to try full lean on needle was really fucking stupid. If it needed to be leaner, you would go one posistion, then try that. When/if adjusting air screw go 1/16th turn and test, no more than 1/8 at a time. Either get lots of plugs for plug chops, or learn how to read them. Not saying it does or doesn't have anything to do with the cases leaking, but the fuel dripping from under might have leaked from carbs.

Toomey 2 Into 1 Installation

Don't forget, you MUST rejet with the new pipes and filter. At some point, you'll want to ditch the TORS and parking brake bs. -
Well, cosidering I've never fucked an 8 mille whore, my only "reference" was the one time on Cass Ave. , some 35 yrs ago. But compared to today, that was probably "clean" pussy. Actually, that was the only "pro" I was ever with. It was a cold night, and she fucked me real good, wanted to get warmed up. Shit, nowdays I wouldn't go to DEEtroit if they were giving away free money.

Nothing is perfect in this unperfect world. It may take an extra washer or two, here or there, to get them to fit good. J-arms have different F brakes and no heel guards. 89 only hard weird rear wheels/hubs, change in stator plug at some point, brake light added along the line. 2013 is the best looking IMHO, still so jelly. -

All Banshees are the same (basically) no matter what year. Sure they're on the correct side? Most all pipes take a little work to mount up. Fit them losely then start tightening. As to the filter, do believe you just replace the adapter in the box. Have linc to what you bought. 2013, so jelly -
Uummmmm ......................................wait for it......................................................... ................................................................................................................ .................................................................................................................. two carbs?? What pipes you running? What pilot and needle? Clip?
-
If ya never fucked a Cass Corrider whore, ya don't know what clean pussy really is. Some think that a quick douche with a spray can is cleaning the carbs. What evah. Gotta expect to answer questions, if you ask questions. No one ever supplies every detail in the first post. Wait for it. Wait. More questions Ohmed electrics? Sync carbs? Set pic-up gap @both nubs? Cleaned nubs? Trimed plug wires? Tried "other" new plugs? Because of the "wasted" spark, it's almost impossible to tell if you have good spark on the lazy cyl. Swaped plug wires? Swaped carbs? Gotta be creative to do this. Slides in correct carbs? Float bowls on correct carb? Double, tripple check float level? Clean ground at coil? Have checked ALL connections that they are all clean and tight?
-
In addition to ^^^ float level and pussy clean carbs. Ya ya I know you rebuilt them, bla blah. I soak carbs in Berrymans Carb dip, then make sure that I can blow air both ways through any passage I can get at. Then make sure I can see through the jets, especially thpilot, that's one tiny ass hole. Also made sure holes on sides of emulsion/main jet tube are clear?

Automotive machine shop, machining/tool&die maybe? -
Could even be spooge dripping. Clean the bitch real good and find out where it starts from.

Cold seize

If you're lucky. Considering the shitstorm someone went through with an engine bought there, would not hit. Might as well buy from Rattle Can Ray.

How much did the temps rise during day? Is your air filter clean? How do you know it was spot on? Something changed during the day. And it wasn't amount of oil in fuel.
