  1. Come on guys and gals.......some good deals and top notch stuff here. Don't pass up these sale prices!!! BUMP
  2. Thats the cap I run. Mr. Gasket makes it. I think I got mine from Summit Racing.
  3. Can't go wrong with any sponsor on here. They are all great people and do great work.
  4. I filled mine last year and i swear it hasn't moved since then.
  5. Cool, I was looking for some feedback on that kit but couldn't find any. Glad to hear you like it. I figured anything Chariot is top notch so I'm not too worried. I talked to Brandon at Mull and he said the new designed impellers should be out in the next two weeks or so........I'm temped to wait for one of those he said they will be the best of the best, but i'm not sure yet. He was a great guy to talk too and extremely knowledgeable.
  6. Okay I'll do the shift pro too. I wanted to get the new Mull impeller but I'm not sure when they will be available. I was thinking of doing this instead: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chariot-Banshee-Coolant-ULTRA-HIGH-Flow-Impeller-KIT-/280626772373?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4156a8b995#ht_1833wt_939
  7. Sounds easy enough What about just buying an already modded one from a sponsor? I noticed a few sponsors carry them.
  8. Yeah I've thought about that too. Are they a pain to install?
  9. The hypertech on my silverado 5.3L didn't do much. Not worth it IMO.
  10. I've always had good luck staying between 3-4lbs of air.
  11. I'm going to do a pancake bearing, and a billet impeller and gear. Is there anything else that would be worth doing while I'm doing the pancake bearing? Clutch upgrades...etc? I'm no expert on clutch and trans mods, so any suggestions would be awesome. This will be on my 06SE aggressive dune ported stock stroke. Thanks, Zach
  12. X2, well said. See what carb you have now and you could possibly get a second one and new intakes. 33PWK's....... 32 or 34 Mikuni Flatslides are all nice. I still run my stockers and my bike runs awesome I have had great luck running CPI's on my duner. I don't have any experience with fmf's.
  13. If you have the tors removal kit on your stock carbs, those cables should work. If not, yes u will need cables. Wildcard racing sells them for cheap.
  14. Easter is always a good time there. I won't make it this year, but I will for sure be there memorial weekend! Have a good time guys, be safe and take some good pics for me.
  15. Yeah, I doubt you need your needle on second clip from the bottom. Most bikes run best on middle clip or second clip from blunt end. You main could affect your hesitation right before powerband as well.
  16. I have some similar mods to yous and my CPI's kick ass. You can't go wrong IMO.
  17. Yes, I like to start a few sizes too big on the mains then work my way down until they are spot on. Rather be a tad rich than be running lean. -Zach
  18. On the number plate, Can you do only numbers? Or can you do letters and numbers?
  19. Cool thanks for the helps guys. Brandon and Shay at Wildcard are taking care of me, and I'm sure they can get the boss intake. I'm doing some 32 Mikuni flat slides on this bike... Should wake it up with my current mods That looks really nice jbooker
  20. Anyone used K&T billet intakes? I'm getting new carbs and am trying to decide what intakes to get. Kim at K&T said they make there billet intakes in house. Wondering if anyone is running these? Thanks, -Zach
  21. Timing set at +4 shouldn't affect jetting. Check you pick-up gap, it could have gotten bumped when you took your flywheel off.
  22. Pro Circuits are great pipes, but they are a more low-mid pipe. They do well on top for what they are IMO. If your looking for more I love CPI's and have always had great luck with them. I've heard good things about Shearers too. You could be anywhere between 50-60 with that set up I would guess, but its really hard to say. I've seen stock stroke ported bikes that are set up correctly hit 65HP with stock carbs.
