  1. I would clean the carbs really good, and make sure they are synced. Have you done a plug chop? If its bogging at WOT, your main could be too big. Did it do it when your 310's where in?
  2. These guys should carry them: http://www.stadiumyamaha.com/pages/home/default.aspx
  3. Yeah you should be okay. With a stock head at sea level you should be running around 130ish. Look at the bottom of this page, it will kinda give you an idea of different compressions: http://www.nossmachine.com/banshee_heads.htm
  4. IMO your launch means ALOT in a drag race. Maybe mess with your gearing or even try to launch in 2nd gear. A few things to consider though: Take your lid off or ditch the airbox all together. Get your jetting dialed in 100%. +4 to +5 on your timing is a good safe zone. I've always ran V-Force 3 reeds and have always had great luck with them. To save money Wildcard Racing can port your stock reed cages if you don't want to spend the money on VF3's. -Zach
  5. Whats your elevation? Stock head I assume?
  6. My phone is a POS, I'm working on a pic though No its not sticky at all, and won't wipe off with a rag. More like burnt black....looks like someone put a torch to the bottom of the domes and blackened them or something. I was thinking maybe the race gas he is running isn't fully being burnt?
  7. Klotz R-50 @ 40:1 with pump gas. Klotz Flex Drive in trans.
  8. I took one with my phone. I will try and get it on here asap
  9. CPI's or Shearers will be a WAY better drag pipe IMO. The pro circuits are awesome pipes, but they are a more low-mid pipe.
  10. IMHO throwing some bolt ons will not shorten the life of your cylinders. Just start out with some basic bolt ons like, pipes, filters, cool head, reeds, +4 timing...etc. Make sure you properly jet with any mod that changes air/fuel. Going from a 100% stock banshee, to a basic bolt on banshee you will be amazed.
  11. The bottom of the domes are like burnt black. Almost like all the fuel isn't burning or something.....
  12. What is done to your banshee right now? Porting is going to be the best bang for the buck IMO. Just depends on your budget though.
  13. There are some sweet deals out there right now. 2K would get you a pretty decent banshee IMO. Spend only 1K and you will probably need to put some money and tlc into it.
  14. EBAY is going to probably be the best to get any Chariot parts. Heres a link for a cool head: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Banshee-Head-PLAIN-use-pro-noss-domes-Cool-/230504081897?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35ab1d29e9#ht_618wt_937
  15. Just helping my buddy work on his 06 banshee, right now he has a CPI cool head which he is switching out for a Noss head. So my concern is, we took the domes out and on the bottom of the domes they are burnt black....whats the deal? I don't have any pics on here, but I do on my phone so I can text them of anyone has any ideas? His mods are: 2006 Banshee CPI Inframes CPI Cool Head W/19cc Domes K&N Pods with no air box Thanks guys, -Zach
  16. 32:1 or 40:1
  17. X2 with Jasons. The sand stars will probably be your best bet since the Sand Skate's aren't being made anymore. I've always really liked haulers, I run them on my dune bike. For a good "all around" tire ITP's are sweet tho.
  18. If you use the search function on the top right on this site you should find alot of info on them. I know its been covered quite a bit. Alot of people say they suck, but some say they are good. Its all personal preference.
  19. X2. Great guy and great products I couldn't be happier with my Stellar +4 Swingarm
  20. Now that's funny shit
  21. Drama!
  22. Hit up a site sponsor...they will know exactly what to send you.
  23. If your lid is on now, yes the more air the better. I personally run no air box with pod filters...but i'm a duner. MAKE SURE, you re-jet if you take the lid off or mod the air box. -Zach
  24. You can cut your springs inside your carbs. I would only take about 1 coil off at a time and see how they feel. Make sure they stay the same length too
  25. Damn those are hacked up pretty good. By far the best ported cages I've ever seen is Brandon @ Wildcard Racing's cages...flawless work right there!.......I run VF3's, but if I wanted ported stock ones I'd send mine to him.
