  1. First off Thank you for your service to our country. Congrats on your find your a lucky guy. If it was me I would go with Pro Circuit pipes. IMHO they are the best trail all around pipe there is they have a great low end and pull to the top. A lot of guys on the site run them and love them I'm sure some of them will chime in. After you get them pipes on there you should advance the timing 4 degrees. You can pick up a timing plate from Jeff @ FAST Hes a site sponser and one awesome engine builder. When your ready for it to be ported he would be the man to call. Good luck on the new wheelers and welcome to the best Banshee site around.
  2. Do yourself a favor and give Jeff @ FAST a call he sells weisco which imo are about the best out there he has good prices and most of all hes a site sponser. He is also one of the best builders around IMHO give him a shout he'll hook you up.
  3. I think that you should be at least a 300 to a 320. When I was running the mods that your running I was using a 340 main, But I'm at sea level lucky me. Always remember when tuning its always better to start rich and lean down to where you need to be. Also a shee with a lean condition will run like a raped ape until it melts down so dont go by how the thing feels. If it was me I would start with a 320 and do a proper plug chop and go from there. If you do a search on plug chop you'll get everything you need to know. And by the way welcome to the HQ and get ready to open up the wallet. Good luck
  4. Welcome to the HQ Bro. Get ready to feed your new addiction!!!
  5. Jeff at FAST is an awesome guy and does top notch work. He just did some porting to my shee and WOW is all I can say.
  6. Do your self a favor and get the plate instead of the key. I had one and it sheared off and it was a real pain in the ass to get the flywheel off. +4 timing will take a little off the top I believe but make you a little quicker and better throttle response. Thats what I run and probably the majority of the guys here are advanced 4 degrees or more.
  7. It definitely smells good, but for $7 a gallon I wouldn't run it unless it is needed. I have to run it bacause of compression and it can be a pain in the ass to find so you'll have to take plenty with when going riding. I also want to take a trip to the Hatfield McCoy trails and I guess I'm going to have to change my domes out so I can run pump gas because I dont think its available there.

    Pipe?

The T-5s should run great. Whos doing your motor work for you? And welcome to the HQ
  9. Welcome to the HQ bro. And theres no need to yell we can here just fine.
  10. It sure does do that and thats why I keep my shee around. I dont get out on it that often anymore, but when I do I feel the same way. My ole lady keeps telling me that I should sell it and do something else with the money, but I can tell you right now that aint ever happening. When I finally feel like I'm getting to old I'll just pass it down to my son.
  11. I've personally never dealt with this cat, but from what I've read just on ebay I wouldnt ever do business with him. And to know that he became a sponser here and is doing nothing but fucking the majority of people that do business with him is really fucked up imo. Sponsers like this will only tarnish the HQ not promote or help it in any way. I think loco should address this issue I agree that sponsers help run the HQ but I'm a premium member and I try to promote and support the site as do a lot of other premium members on here and our opinion should also count for something. I dont know what it costs to be a sponser but I'm sure hes probably made double that just selling people junk.
  12. Thats some bad ass shit right there.
  13. I'm sure you'll have a bitchin time. Post up some pics when you get back.
  14. Damn that sucks to be taken at such an early age. Rest in piece Catherine.
  15. Its just wore out you can pick one up at cycle world or petes cycle they're less then $20 I believe. I replaced mine like a year ago.
  16. If them carbs are stock them pilots should be 27.5 with after market pipes and you main is way small I agree with AK at least a 360. Personally I start higher then that. Its better to start rich and lean down to what you need.
  17. That was fucking great
  18. Just putting it out there. I seen this today on craiglists seems like it could be a good deal for a project. If I had the extra coin I'd scoop it up myself. Shee for sale
  19. Yeeha one more option is always great. Welcome to the HQ
  20. I have them and they run great on standard YFZ arms you just have to use the YFZ spindles also. Heres a pic these are off a 2009 450r and the arms are 2006 standard YFZ
  21. Yea your right I was looking at mine I had the 2 wires connected that use to go to the switch and its starts. Sorry my bad
  22. All you have to do is unplug the key switch and it will start right up. I dont think the person plans on steeling it he or she was just being an asshole. Most likely if someone is going to steel it they probably already know to just unplug the switch. That key just keeps the honest people from fucking with it thats all
  23. I'm just messing around. If it was me I would jump up at least 3 sizes and do a plug chop and go from there. Heres a link that explains a plug chop. Plug Chop I now this is for a shee but the same principals apply.,
  24. X2 on calling Jeff @ FAST or you could also call vitos, but if possible always use site sponsers first because without them the HQ probably wouldnt be here.
