I know this aint a banshee question, but I'm hoping someone on here is familiar with these things. My problem is that the thing keeps dumping gas and filling the cylinder. I was thinking float sticking but the dude that owns it says it needs a fuel pump. I had it started for a couple seconds and it seemed to run fine until it stalled and started to fill up with gas again. I took the carb off before I started it and cleaned it up and checked out the float it seemed to work fine until it stalled. Any and all help is greatly appreciated as I want to have this quad running by Memorial day weekend. It has a 34mm CV Mikuni on it

Axle is a brand new dura blue and my rims are brand new ITP bajas. I just rebuilt my shee its not like it is in my sig. It did it before the rebuild also and since its still doing it I guess its gotta be the tires.

Sorry to say but couldnt you tell that it was only 2mm not 4mm before porting. Sounds like your mistake not theirs.

To be honest alf I'm not sure of dimensions I was just stating what I've read on here. Really they all do the same job probably just as well as one another. They dont look any taller to me if they where you wouldnt be able to use the same domes right? IDK all I do know is that I'm very happy with the one I got and thats all I was trying to say. I know that vitos didnt make it I knew it was Chariot that made them. And I dont believe there is no way to remove the same amount of material from a one as a two piece and if you do a search one of the makers of coolheads was on here saying the same thing and he is a guy that makes them and as far as studs mine came with them from vitos and acorn nuts. I'm not trying to argue the point I'm just trying to give an opinion that was asked for. And really I dont care who made it all I know is that it works great and I've never had a problem with it leaking like I've read on here numerous times about the modquad ones. And then for them to say just silicone it it sounds to me they need to do a little more R&D.

Ya it says right on the instructions that any blind hole should have loctite and lock nuts need antiseize. I went out to the garage and checked just because of this thread. I also says that loctite can be used with locknuts its just not necessary, but you have to at least use antiseize on them.

Sorry to say it but any stainless bolt with a lock nut will do that, it cold welds itself together unless antiseize or blue loctite is used. I bought the same kit and used antiseize and loctite as instructed and everything went great. I even called them back because I have yfz450 spindles and calipers and they sent me caliper bolts free of charge. Who knows?
