hehe, I thought you meant 16 degrees of timing... never mind that part... set your pilot to 45 and your mains to 165, give that a shot but I wouldnt go much lower than that, 165 should solve yer problem in 16 degree temps, mine is jetted for 75 degrees and like I said, I run a 160 main on a 4 mil

what carbs? because a 50 pilot is HUGE, 16 degrees is ridiculous and if you have some PWK carbs, 50 is about right but 190 is WAY fat, I run 160 mains on my 4 mil with a 45 pilot first, if you truly are at 16 degrees, change it. try 4

yes, they are called pod filters, air box is restrictive and only good if you ride in muddy or very wet conditions. ditch the box and get pods, give you a slight bump in power along with them...

junk it all, send it out and get it stroked into a 4 mil

I had one of those on my old super bronc. sat just behind the main tank and held around 3/4 gallon of extra fuel. never seen one on a banshee or other type of ATV before, just them super broncs and terra cats

go billet, takes about an hour or so to install, and no more worries about breaking the stocker when you drop the clutch up big sand hills.

interested in the A arms have shocks to go with them? I am also in michigan. how far from flint are you? I belive this is the same posting that got locked out a day or so ago. so if anyone else has any questions or issues, I can meet up with you and verify that everything is legit, take pix, measurements for 4 mil and such. let me know... still interested in the A arms though reguardless.

mine also does this on the right side only. once it warms up and runs a few seconds, its fine. its getting gas, fire is good, plugs are new, new flywheel, so on and so forth only does it stone cold. I gave up, runs great when warm...

thats what I did. 4mil for racing and beating up my buddies. I beat 95% of everything I encounter and I have a 450R, modded of course, for trails since its wider and much more stable and nicer riding in the trails. fuel injection is nice also...electric start, bright lights for night riding.......

if thats the case, I have some of the same skat traks 10 I will sell for half that....came on my DS I dont run geckos.... edit: mine mount on 10in wheel

I used it once this year and my truck HATED it..fucking 4.6L ford I will get alot of pix if interested. like I said, it aint pretty but dont leak, not falling on the ground, all reworked axle mounts due to the original rusting out. much stronger now. would hate for anyone to drive and not like it. skype me and I can walk around it with the laptop with a cam on it, show you anywhere you want LIVE....

I have an enclosed trailer I may be willing to trade for it 24' 8' V nose, steel chassis 99 pace kinda rusty but I had it all reinforced and rear door hinge area replaced. not pretty but still a $3000+ trailer. all new tires and electric brakes

the jump in my avatar was on a stock J-arm banshee, they didnt bend or break. people just dont like them because they changed them, so they make up stories that they were weaker and inferior. acually, they only changed because everyone else went with A arms and in their ads, they depicted them as stronger so people were clammering for them on the banshee, and in 91 *POOF* they had A arms

hahah, that happened to me, just quit and kicker quit shattered the lower half of the piston that got shit locked in the crank and a no go. I rebuilt it with a 4mil yer shits hosed man

not sure where your at, but we dont have C-7 but we do have turbo blue which is 110 octane for around $5 gallon hell even CAM2 is only $4.50 and its 100 octane unleaded, turbo blue is leaded

another quick fix, buy a new one and put it in there is a spring that drops in a grove on the shaft and thats what holds it out, that spring is broke or weak. no fix. except, holding it out, or replacing it
