  1. I want some, they look really cool and much nicer than the really expensive ones...... if they look cool, they have to work and perform good too right?. I mean, our government would NEVER allow any sub quality items to be sold here in the US that would actually be a rip off and fail and hurt any one.... right...we all trust our elected officials, we put them there, they look out for our best interest...

  4. no title is always a red flag. you can get a title and then sell it, not very expensive. I am sure that I am not the only one that knows if there is no title available, either there is a lien on it, owe money, or trying to hide something..... all atv's have titles since 91, I am sure you will be worlds ahead by going and getting a title for it, if you can write a bill of sale and hope someone else can get one, do all interested parties a favor and get one prior to sale. makes you look like your not trying to pull a fast one...not saying you are, just looks fishy when someone dont want to get a title prior to a sale... just my .02

  8. when my kick start seized, I shattered a piston no noise, no indication, shut it down, went to start and WTF pulled it apart and the piston was in a zillion pieces. 4mil after that, fuck it, best thing that ever happened to that stock junk

I have bids he didnt pre mix his oil, thought the trans oil was for the engine..... did you mix oil in your gas, say around 32 or 40:1 ??? if not, new motor time, cylinders and pistons and probly crank and rod bearings went BYE BYE I always wondered what happened if you didnt mix ANY oil in the gas, guess thats what happens
  12. listen to the question... LONG ROD.... do you want to say you have a LONG ROD or tell people your rod is short? 110 has its place in race apps but in dunes, pits and trails, 115 is a touch above with less stress on parts
  13. negitive, vito pistons are TRASH, skirts are too short, had one explode from skirt failure it was in the engine when I bought it, replaced it with a 4mil and been going nowhere but up from there wiesco is the only way to go in these engines. JE is good if you can find them for this engine anymore, but outside of that, run as fast as you can from vito pistons

ATF, anything more is a waste of money. it works in way higher HP cars with autos and manuals, so its good enough for a cycle trans everyone has their preference, but it just makes them feel better spending more to do the same thing many many years in same bike with ATF and NEVER a gear or clutch failure problem, EVER....normal wear

  18. uhh, no reeds only make your throttle response better and flow air in contrast to what the motor demands they cant flow more than the motor demands, but they can flow less if inadequate.

  20. hell, I am from flint and dont talk that bad, I swear alot, but at least I swear in a discernible manner and I read other posts, used the search and scoured the web for what small mods work best. timing, head, lower cc domes, pipes, porting, then carbs to help it along. dont forget the boost bottle, best mod for the buck, $12 for 20 Hp or MORE....and NECESSARY with the above mods
  21. the infamous neutral switch cover. I had that issues for months, finally replaced the entire thing with a nice billet one and problem went away.
  22. also by the looks of the pic, your idle screw is backed out quite a bit, but be sure its not pushing the slide up enough to rev it out back that screw out until it no longer touches the slide and turn your little brass air screw in till it touches, then back it out 2 turns, that will get you baselined and if it starts with that idle screw off that slide, you defiantly have some issues of air getting in someplace else besides that carb throat

KEEP THE BOOST BOTTLE it adds about 12 HP and TONS of low end torque dont let these guys fool you. they just dont want you having one cuz they are afraid of the ass whooping that you are going to decimate them with. you need to practice on it though, once it is tuned correctly, it takes alot of skill to handle all that massive, ball ripping power
  24. OMG sue me cuz I said case trenching, I was thinking 10mil but everything else is right.... I didnt trench my case for the 4mil but the 10mil I did, I like the 4mil better
