From my experience putting carbs that size on a stock motor is okay but you are giving away some bottom end by doing that. If you have access to a set of stock carbs throw them on they and see how you like it that way.

Jets are 5.00 each new can you not find them where you live? I have plenty of them but by the time I take my time to drive across town to the post office and burn my fuel then pay postage it is hardly worth the trouble of shipping them to anyone ya know.

You want stock cylinders ported the only place to go is in my sig. Call Cameron he will treat you right and you will have a bad ass machine when he is done with it!!

I have a set of air stryker carbs that I am selling off of my wifes banshee. They run great and there is nothing wrong with them I am just going with different carbs on her bike. I will do 175.00 shipped on them either gifted or you cover fees. I can get pics if you need them. They are on the bike right now and it was just at the dunes this past weekend.

You dont need to narrow it down you can build a motor that is a good all around engine. You do a nice port job on your motor with a cool head and a timing plate or you build you motor to a 4 mill with a port job and it would be a great all around play bike that would be good to drag race your buddies with but also be good to ride hills and trails.

Sounds like you have a pretty good budget to build a fast machine. What kind of riding do you do? I would suggest calling up a builder and taking to them about your riding and what you plan to do with it in the future. A good builder will give you the right advice to get you started in the right direction. Porting is going to be your biggest HP gain so that is probably going to be the first place to start. Give Cameron at Redline racing a call and chat with him about it. He will give you some good ideas of where to go with it and also give you prices.

I would put the 35's on the one you are going to keep. I doubt you will see any gains at all from the carbs but if you build it bigger down the road you will have the right carbs to use. I would also keep the T5 pipes I think they run better than the T6 pipes myself. I have ridden both and like the 5's better

Sounds like it is getting hot and blowing it out or your cap is bad and you are loosing coolant from the cap.

I have welded on mine several times with no issues but ti would not be a bad idea to unhook the electrical before you weld just to be safe.

No seal kit that it comes with. Most anyone that parts any bikes out will have several of them laying around. If the dealer price is 11.00 cheaper to get it there than to bother shipping you one

Where are you riding at? 8 Paddles are plenty for a stock to lightly modified banshee. I went to 10 paddle once I went to a 4mil ported motor.

I have a set of adjustables in my daughters bike and I have never tried to move them so cant answer that one. I used stock O-Rings in the ones I have so not surre why you cant get the o-rings in yours? Why does the bottom spring not fit? If it is to short just stretch it a little more.

There is no power diff in pistons for a banshee dude. They will all run the same it is just a matter of how long they last.

They are 34mm PJ carbs (he bought them from me) the jetting should be pretty close I would try going up or down one size on the pilot first and see what that does. If you go up and it is worse then go down 2 sizes and see if it gets better. Get the bottom end right then you can play with the main and make sure it is right also.
