  5. You are starting at a pretty good place where you are at. You may end up needing to go to a 27.5 pilot but I am guessing you will be a little fat on the main with the filter you are running. That is about perfect jetting if you were running K&N pod filters so guessing it will be fat with a single filter but you are close enough to run it and adjust from where you are at.

  9. I had the same issue with my PJ carbs I had and I finally got pissed and went to PWK'S and have not had a problem. I tried everything and could never make them stop I have no idea why the hell they do it.
  10. That is a pretty good budget for a motor build. Tell us a little more about what kind of riding you do and what your plans are with the bike then the question can be answered better? I know you said trails but are you riding in the woods or where are you riding at? Where are you located and how mechanical are you? Those answers would help a lot.
  11. Ya I know I run lowered pegs on my dune bike. Raptor 700 shifter works great you just need to grind a new notch in your shift shaft
  12. Shit half the drag racers out there use a smooth round peg so these would have plenty of bite for most guys who are racing. My only question is most guys I see running drag pegs have them dropped down way lower. You thought about making these to mount down straight to the frame? Look good by the way!

  18. As the title states I am in need of a bushing. Seem to have lost the one I took out of the last bike I tore apart. Let me know if you have on laying around please. Thanks
  19. Simple to take apart and put back together just make sure you do one at a time and be careful to put them back together the same way you took them apart and make damn sure to put the slides back in the right carb.
  20. Drain the water drain the oil pull the coolant hose off of the clutch cover remove the foot peg remove the rear brake peddle remove the clutch cover remove the clutch springs install new springs and repeat the process that you used to take it apart.

  22. All I know about them is the rear suspension is shit and I see them broke down on the dunes all the time. Yes that is a 2 stroke.
  23. Call Cameron at Redline he will tell you how much you can shave off of it and still be safe running pump gas. Take to much off and you will need to be running race gas!
