I think I may have changed my mind on selling it now. We had company over all weekend and the kids all rode the hell out of this thing and for what I am going to get out of it selling it just dont know if it is worth getting rid of.

It is very common for quads to come without a title. Most state do not even require a title for a quad. Hell I own 7 quads and I think I have titles for 4 of them. It is a matter of what quad you like better. I am not a YFZ fan so I would do the trade but it is really up to the kind of riding you do. The yfz is a better woods and trails bike but I think the Banshee is a more fun all around bike myself.

Guy I work for bought the first one sold in Oregon and has since bought 2 more of the 1,000 and they are holding up great. He drives the ever living hell out of them and has had no issues at all. Not sure what the people you guys are watching are doing to them but every one I have seen is holding up great.

I pulled the ones out of my PJ carbs but they are not designed to come out. I threaded the hole in the seat and pulled it out just to look at it and see if I could find something wrong. I would not recommend doing that. It is possible but it is a bit of a challenge and if you mess up at all will break the carb then it is junk.

You have the idle working now. A good place to start with the air screws is 1 1/2 to 2 turns out. Turn the air screws all the way and back them both out the same number of turns. Not the screws you set the idle with. Talking about the air mixture screws now.

Now that you have those set to where it will idle next is do you have your air screws adjust right? If you just adjust the slides by eye and make sure they are both lifting at the same time when you hit the throttle you will be plenty close enough to ride it.

You need to back the idle screws all the way out till the slides drop as low as they will go then start it and adjust them up a little at a time till it idles. No way to know how many turns you will need them.

Are you adjusting the idle screws or the air screws? I am guessing you ran the idle screws all the way in and backed them out half a turn and that would explain why it is idling the way it is.

I have the gear shifter and pretty sure I have a couple of thumb throttle setups also. Shoot me a pm and I will look when I get home tonight.
