I burn my pants on the pipes on my banshee and those are out way further than my bike.

Why the fuck do people not do a little research before they send their motors out?????? I am sure his stuff runs just fine but I can promise you there are a few builders out there whos stuff runs way better and they actually have customer service.

I am looking for a few parts for a buddy. He is wanting to build a 4 Mill and needs a crank possibly ported cylinders if someone has a set in good shape that you know the history on. Also need a 4 over swing arm would like it to be for a stock style carrier. Let me know what you have please. He is looking to build this ASAP. Thanks

I have never heard of some one running the vent lines or the over flow lines off of the carbs into the air box. That is a strange setup if you ask me! I would just run them out the back of the motor like they were. If the radiator is dumping out the bottom then you must have a hole in it dude. Find yourself a pressure tester and test the radiator and see where the water is coming from.

On gas motors??? I am not aware of builders that do that to gas motors all the time. I have ridden more than one HJR motor and that is all I am going to say

If you just rebuilt it I am guessing you unplugged your regulator. Check all your plug ins and I bet that will fix it. The voltage regulator is the little one wire box that hangs on the rear subframe next to your CDI box just in case you dont know.

Black to Yellow is lighting so that will only tell you if you have light power or not. Need to check the other wires to see if the ignition side is working or not.

No that is one of the funniest posts I have read in a long time (well I think it is because I am not sure of what it really says!!!!!) so how in the fuck can you be serious about what you are writing?? If I knew a shop had my stolen bike I would turn them into the cops not go ask them if I could have my shit back!! Seems a little fishy to me they felt they needed to freshen up his motor and throw in a set of tires when all they did was buy his stolen shit from someone else. Sounds like to me they were trying to kiss ass to stay out of trouble

What a bunch of A HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a simple question just answer the fucking thing and let the poor guy go ride! Make sure you plug the hole well and as Sheerider said use the adjuster on the top of the carb to set that slide the same as the other side and ride it till your idle screw comes in.

It is a 4mm long rod but not a stroker crank???? Sorry I see what you are saying now
