  1. If you stator was loosing then there is porbably nothing wrong with your stator! You should have just tried to tighten it up and see how it ran.
  2. So you joined just to sell your sync tools????????? Glad to see another new member bringing great content!
  3. So did you check the compression or are you just saying it has 110? We are just trying to help you from our experience of working on these things for years dude not saying you are wrong just trying to help. If it has weak spark but some times the spark is good it is more likely that you have lost your CDI box not your stator. Is the stator factory or has it been changed?
  4. I think you really need to do a little more checking before you just start throwing parts at it. You said compression was good but did you test it or you just think it is good? Need to start at the beginning and actually figure out what is causing your problem. First thing to do is check compression and see what the actual number is, next thing to do is pull both carbs and check your reeds and make sure they are all good. Then ohm out your stator and make sure it is bad before you throw a 40.00 ebay stator at it and still have a problem. Check those things then that will us the info needed to really point you in the right direction.
  5. It is a 12 valve so no programming involved.
  6. It could be a stator issue did you happen to put an ohm meter on the wires and test it before you ordered a new one? What brand did you order? I do not think you have a dirty flywheel that is not usually an issue unless you have been riding it in the river. Almost sounds like to me if you pull the clutch and the motor runs better than you may have a bearing going out.
  7. It is really easy to do just make sure you only take one carb off at a time and only pull one slide at a time. You pull them both and you may end up putting the slides back in the wrong carb so if you have never done it before it is easiest just to do one side finish it and move on to the other side. It is as easy as getting carb off pull 4 screws out of the bottom of the bowl remove the main jet that is right in the middle sticking out at you and putting the new jet in. Make sure you use the little brass washer under the main jet when you install the new jet. Just bolt the bowl back on install carb and ride the hell out of it.
  8. Nose piece and rear fenders Banshee all the way
  9. This thing will never sell! http://eastidaho.craigslist.org/sno/4342996988.html
  10. If you are riding a stock bike right now then a nice ported 4 mill would be a major change from what you have right now and should be able to fit that in your budget. Contact Cam at Redline he will hook you up with a sweet port job that will make lots of power.
  11. LOL I love that last add. Bored 90 over and stock head no cool head junk. That is awesome
  12. Yes you will burn it up if you do not rejet. Like Wayne said a 260 main should be pretty close. They come factory with a 190 main so that gives you an idea of how far off your jetting would be if you just tried to run it stock.
  13. #23 are all case bolts and it is a big deal but if it is not leaking then I probably wouldnt worry about it for the moment
  14. Still looking Surfrjag ended up with a blind guy trying to sell his parts. LOL
  15. If it has been sitting all winter and this is the first time you got it out the plates are just stuck together. Get it started push it and put it in gear. Then work the clutch while riding it around and it will free up. They get stuck when they are left sitting along time.
  16. Thanks 5150banshee really appreciate it money will be sent tonight
  17. Pm sent
  18. Like title says I am in need of an 02 or newer transmission for a 660 raptor. Need it to be complete with shift forks and all. Let me know what you have. Thanks
  19. Still in need of a cross over tube ASAP
  20. I will need to do some checking on shipping I have never shipped one before. I know n2o has I will ask him who he used.
  21. What shape are they in? I may have a buddy who is interested in them.
  22. Good rule of thumb is if the rings are wore out so are the pistons. If you feel the need to put rings in it then it is well worth the money to replace the pistons also. If the compression is still good and the pistons look fine then just put it back together run it for the season and put pistons in it before next season.
  23. For the majority of riders you will not notice the difference shaving the flywheel. It is really not worh the time and money. Put your money into other things you will be happier.
  24. Can always be shipped
