i brought my old matterhorn miners boot home, steel plates all the way up your foot, and i'm adding +2 to my shifter. just been using cat boots before that. almost 3 years daily, and barely worn
ok, i'm not 100% on the trinity head, but it should be held together with dowels on either side. push the domes out through the bottom and you can get a heel bar in there an gently ease the 2 halfs apart. be carefull not to damage either edge.
ok, something just crossed my mind- is your filter a name brand k&n, or just k&n style. some of them are oil-less, and if you oil them, they will become verry restricted, causing the exact symptoms yolu're having
think it would be more difficult to try to simplify to a "porting for dummies" mabey just 2 sections to the video; 1 regular technical, like your explaining to an experienced motorhead, and another section explaining some of the terms and processes. i.e. port durations, and how to measure
haha, you're right. they should. but they don't up here. all i can get is "power jets" and they don't even know what sizes. outrageous pricing, too.
worth a shot, though
haha, i know what it is. i was just questioning it's use. you don't want it to etch the aluminum if you're gonna polish it, or it will be 10x harder then just polishing it. was that 3030, or 3001 diamondplate?
