ok, try this, put the front tires up on something so that the cylinders are level. remove the spark plugs and pour some oil in the plug holes, one at a time, while the piston is at the top, letting it sit for a min. before doing the other side. roll it slowly 1- 2 rev. now, put the bike back down, plugs in, pull the choke, and just start it with out throttle. you'll only have 15-20 seconds to tell weather it runs way better, so, you may have to do it a couple of times. if your compression is off that much, then you'll probably never get it to run right, untill you do the top end
