what kinda coin are you looking for a rz engine? i'm lookin to buy in the fall. don't suppose you have any pro circuit silencers, do you? what other kinda parts do you have?

sounds flooded. i'ts in the carb. how old is the gas? how far out is the fuelscrew? my friends' bruin was like that, and it was the fuelscrew backed out somehow. took a bit to get the fuel cleaned out, and runs like a champ now. did you clean out the airjet and passages? try to get that needle jet out. if it's stuck, then there is probably a bit of corrosion holding it, which could block the air, making it suck strait gas, instead of emulsifying. also, check floatheight/needle/seat.

did yoiu re-torque your head? the nuts will come pretty loose otherwise, just from heat cycles seating everything. white smoke=coolant. you can smell what it is. didn't forget a rag in the airbox or something. did youreplace the plugs yet? otherwise, clean the carbs real good. check for sand in the airjets. what fuel are you running, and does your oil support it?

i really, really, NEED pcp silencers. are you sure you don't have some for sale??? ... how were the pt mids compared to the pcp's? oh, and i don't care if they are tore up. i can rebuild if i have at least some specs to go off of.

i havn't tried the zune pass yet, but i think a co-worker is using it. i think you download the song, but the rights are not released yet, and that both the zune and zune program snoops for verification online that you paid monthly. i know when you send wirelessly, it limits you to 3 plays, so it would be more than capable of intuitive termination on the player. it's like a mocro os in the zune. i'd try it and just work my magic on the files to get them released, but i don't know about all the ms coyright security that might detect that. i'm sure the gov would go after 120 gigs of proven and documented pirate songs. i do know that if you cancel, the songs are gone. on another note- anyone hear of any zune firmware mods?

don't know about itunes, but with a zune, you are basically leasing or renting th music. stop paying and it's gone, but you can get as much as you want. pretty good deal. i just buy the music and get it free and clear to do what i want with it forever, including all the info/art. got the music on my phone and listening on mediaq monkey right now. fuck apple! i do have the program to pull music off ipods, though.

also, there is a dot on each slide. it lines up with the little window @ wot. if it doesn't, they are in the wrong carb. check the float heights and airleaks.

you don't have a ruler? having lower ports will gear you twards lowend power. what pipes you have? it should also be ported for the stroker too. whops, just read that last post. you should pick up some procircuits for that motor. you won't be sorry.

165psi on freshly seated rings. it's about the compression ratio and timing. not so much the reading. you should be cranking less than that with your setup, anyways

um, yah. u missin the choke tube? that would be an airleak for the right carb that would melt a piston, and both sides when the choke is on..jetting is by numbers, so you have to remove the bowl to find out what's in there.

octane boosters are junk. will only get you to like 93.4. you are fine with the 21's on stock stroke. our premium is only 90, and im @ the limit with 20's

high temp rtv. any pics yet?

your float bowls are probably on the wrong side. the left(chokeside) should have a little brass bead on the outside facing the cylinder. list any flow mods like which pipes, air filter setup (pods, airbox, airbox lid, snorkel, etc.) ambient temp. elevation, reeds, and wee can help get you closwe to the size jets you should have. you shouldn't baby a new engine unless it's built old school, but you shouldn't run it lean either. what are the numbers on the main jets? what do the plugs look like?
