If you dont ride their often id say do not worry about it. I drop to a 13 for st anthony's but with the greatness of the stock banshee carrier you would have to normally cut a link out then the 14 doesnt really want to go back on.

I have yet to race a zilla on my banshee but my r will ridicule them all day long. R is a pilot top end so about 410cc. The thing with the zilla is the powerbands are xtremely mild even after being ported, like said before they hook up like a 4 stroke. It all depends on the race, short straight line race zilla will win. Longer sand race banshee should win. IMO

Start it get the pipes hot and use 0000 steel wool and it will take it right off.

Banshee, Mine is pipes, filter, cool head w/20cc domes and it will beat a piped raptor up most dunes. BUT get in gravel or somewhere where i run dirt tires and I will most of the time because the 4 stroke will get the holeshot.

It is not really a helpful link considering alot of us probably love our banshees to much to be registered on a snowmobile site. If you want to actually have this sale taken seriuosly I would reccomend taking 2 minutes of your time and posting pics prices and location here. THX

Here in Bend a shop opened recently named M tech the owner was involed in the R&D for the 2 stroke performance their. I was curious if pro-tech has a reputation for being a decent builder or not. It is tough for me to trust a new guy in town especially when I could send it south to HJR or drive over a pass and deliver to Redline Racing. Anything you know about pro tech would be a plus. Kinda curious if I want to use this guy for anything.

Looking for the stock plastic heel guards. Let me know what you got and what you want for em!

Nice bike, we had one of those for a while it was a 85 looked just like our 250r (both had white plastic) but the suspension on those thigns are really not up to par, the R would thrash it if the hills were rutted or major whoops like the ones at south jetty in florence. get the suspension dialed and it'll be fun. I got a 250r with a pilot top end ill race you with even with a kx500 motor.

Do you need any paddles and wheels? I need reeds :biggrin: let me know

Will trade for Vforce reeds, Polished stator cover, and other stuff shoot me a Pm or offer. I really do not know what to ask for them. Wheels are nice and paddles are in good shape. ONly reason I am getting rid of them is I got a smokin deal on some 8 paddle extremes.

well i am at 3500 feet PT mids, cool head 19cc domes and pods and am running 420 mains which I have been told is rich but it runs perfect plugs remain a constant light brown and have for a year so I would say richen some more. Get some color on your plugs and tune from there... If you jet way up and still are not getting color look into possible air leaks.
