  1. Well since you already have the 4mil. you mise well put it in. You have to get your motor ported for a 4mil. when you put it in anyways, and instead of the spacer plate you should get your head/domes cut for the stroker.

  4. Call Brandon at wildcard and have him do an aggressive trail port on your cylinders, as far as the reeds and cages, port them yourself and put the 2 stage boyesen reeds on there.
  5. Cool heads use o-rings not gaskets so if you ordered a gasket set for your cool head you wont find it very useful. The carbs should be fine just pull them apart and clean them, as far as jet size we need to know your mods to give you a ball park and even then you will have to do plug chops to get the perfect jetting. As far as the fuel, it will depend on your compression with 22cc domes and 900 feet your should be fine on pump gas, but once you run it through a few heat cycles check your compression. As far as ratio it all depends, some guys run 40:1 some run 32:1 either of those or in between are fine. Make sure you use a good quality 2stroke oil... Castor 927, Yamalube are good there are also a few others. Some guys like to use like Amsoil and run 50:1 but I havn't heard any builders say to do that, and I wouldn't trust it.
  6. Its sounds like you need to repack them. It it what actually quiets the exhaust. I dont care about noise, but I like the look of the silencers, so I cut some copper tubing that barely fits in the silencers to where the stinger tube when bolted to the silencer is pushing tightly on the copper tubing. This way I never have to repack and I have the silencer look, and if I ever go somewhere where there are noise restrictions I just take the 2 bolts holding the silencer to the stinger off and pull the tubes out.
  7. If your motor is built right theres no way its 90-110 if I were to guess I'd say 155, and guessing is not a good thing to do. Get it checked
  8. Anyone know the stock heighth from the top of the exhaust, tranfer, and intake ports to the deck?

  10. First off im pretty sure if it doesn't fit then its in wrong somehow, atleast mine was. The impeller wont free spin and I think it should be kind of tight especially with a new seal.

I could be wrong, but I dont think stock is 183, because I have an agressive trail port with exhaust raised 1mm. and its at like 183.somoething now, 1.5mm. would give you a little better top, but I think a little more would give you more top end. But you have to take into account your transfers too.

Hey guys I thought I mentioned this before to ehlp out, but as far as selling make people have to become a premium member to sell stuff, but the tag that says premium member also say certified seller, and when they pay to become a premium member make them have to give an email, full name, valid phone number, and adress. I dont think thats to much to ask is it? that way the mods can check to make sure its a valid phone and as far as the adress we can send some type of contract about not ripping anybody off and what not and the selling rules that they have to sign and either mail back to loco or fax it to him. Its not a fool proof plan but atleast we would know more about the people making transactions, it would hopefully help get more people to become premium members and its not asking for anymore info. than would be given in a normal transaction anyways, but allows people to contact others when they have a bad deal. I also think it would help detour people that are out to rip others off from selling because they have to pay to sell.

  14. your 30 OKO's that you have are kind of right at the line of being too much alothough you could probably get away with some 33's if you were going to a 4mil. soon, but personally i wouldnt run anything over a 28mm carb for your set up. I have more mods and am sticking with the stock carbs so I'd say sell the 35's unless your planning on turning it into a drag bike soon

So I have a blank wall in my room can you guys come up with some ideas, of a white back ground with black lettering and red outline on the letters, thats says Banshee HQ something that could be spray painted, with some tribal letters or something... and you can do some different back grounds or whatever just come up with something awsome guys on maybe photoshop and post it up.   16. Sand it with some 220 grit or a scotch brite pad, use some white Krylon fusion paint, then clear coat it with some dupli-color engine enamel clear coat, its the 500 degree stuff... It is chemical and gas resistant, so it will keep anything from happening to the paint, and the fusion paint supposedly bonds to the plastic
  17. The stock one will do just fine, dont waste your money on an aftermarket crank.

Just to give you an idea this is my motor set-up and I have around 50-55hp...True/welded crank, Wiseco Pro-lite pistons, Agressive trail ported cylinders, Pro-Design cool head w/ 20cc domes, Ported/polished reed cages, Boyesen Dual stage carbon fiber reeds, +4 Timing, Tusk clutch kit w/ 3 HD springs 3 stock springs, Toomey T-5's, Billet water pump impeller. As far as the 4mil. you will need the 4mil. crank of course, wiseco 795 series pistons, your cylinders need to be ported for the 4mil. and you need to have your head domes cut for the 4mil., call Brandon at Wildcard racing he should be able to get it back to you in time.
  19. Im pretty sure its kind of like the degrees of duration of a cam in a four stroke. THe more material you take out of the top the more degrees of duration you have which is a way to measure how long the exhaust port is open.

  21. Its going to depend on your mods, a lightly modified motor wont see enough gain to make it worth the money
  22. Yeah just have him tape it off, then put some grease down in there itll be just fine, thats what I did.
