  1. haha. You can rebuild the rear shock... its cheaper than new ones but it wont be as good
  2. I dont agree with everything that is going on so dont think Im saying being over there is completely justified, however you have to look back in history to really understand the problem, yes we are helping them have a better life but if you look at what we have been doing we have been fighting the terrorists over there. Not weapons of mass destruction, that was more of an excuse for Bush to declare war. I dont like the fact that they are dying over there either Ive lost friends man so I know how you feel. But were doing it because we are the worlds peace keepers, and the people we are fighting have been causing problems for a long time

    works dual rates

anythings better than stock, yeah they'll help, their not the best out there but they will help quite a bit
  4. Try getting some PWK 33's
  5. VHT high temp. coating, you can find it at your local auto parts store, follow the baking instructions on the can or the heat cycles. Then clear coat it with the dupli-color 500 degree clear coat or any other high temp. clear coat. or what I did was painted the T5 symbol black and did a custom design but not the whole pipe, well the bare metal on the pipe changed color and it came a a unique dark grey that has gold flake like in it just from the heat
  6. i think those 5.6 gal. ones are it, but what you can do is get one of those 6 pack racks for the back and put a 2 gal. tank on that
  7. maybe its just me but theres no pics bro
  8. it will be quite expensive if they have to custom make them... but they'll probably just ask for a bunch of measurements like the diameter, heighth, piston pin diameter, how far the center of the pin is from the top of the pistons, etc. What you also can do is call them with the specs and see if they can cross reference them, they probably have something similar thats for a different vehicle that you can run. Example-Blaster pistons in big bore banshee's.
  9. had the same problem, make sure the little black rubber tube (cross-over tube) that connects the carbs is there and attached to both carbs... A gap in the reeds could cause this, switch your reeds around see if the problem follows the reed with a gap, if not that switch your spark plug wires around and see if it switches cylinders if not that, try switching around the spark plugs and see if it changes cylinders.
  10. Do a plug chop to make sure your jetting is right, it sounds close but it may be off. Take the carbs apart and completely clean them, and make sure your parking break or any other breaks aren't sticking
  11. SOrry to hear that man, never had any problems there and neither have my buddies, but I guess I'll have to start ordering more from RMATV and FAST
  12. Pretty much just the normal 2-stroke stuff... take it to a shop and get it honed and make sure you dont need a light bore then order your pistons, drop it in and ride... make sure you replace all the gaskets and seals and what not that you've taken off with new one's lol. IDK what fastrthnu is talking about, everyone is diff. so Im not going to say he's lying or anything cuz that's how he feels but everyone I know around here that races or has ridden a YZ125 would take that over any 250 4-stroke because when you set them up they are one bad ass bike, and usually will pull any 250F... but that's just my experience so Idk, maybe it's just the set up?!
  13. Ok this is what Im seeing man... 6 DVD's- Trail/MX, Dune, and Drag port. Then each category has 2 DVD's to it. One is the basics, all the terms, how to measure, what changing certain things does, and clean-ups etc. Then the 2nd DVD in each category has a video of the porting (cut and shortened), specifics on that type of port, and maybe pics too. Each 2-disc. kit might be pricey but im sure alot of people would be interested. That way they can order it to be more specific to what they need. Or you can do one DVD that is all the basics, and terms and what not then have a 3 disc set that has the Trail/MX, Dune, and Drag porting. I actually think the second way would be the best.
  14. Got to do what ya' got to do man, but I definantly think you'll miss the shee after a while.
  15. Just did a comp. test on the newly rebuilt motor, it's 150 in both cylinders, but that was when it was 27 degrees outside, Im running +4 timing, and the premium gas here is 90 octane, what should I run as far as fuel, Im thinking maybe mix premium with some 110 or 112 octane in a 50/50 mix?!
  16. no you dont just go to jets-r-us
  17. sounds pretty legit. I'd be interested

    drug test?

Urine test your good bro... You can drink alot of cranberry juice it'll help a little. I have a friend that gets tested all the time and the company uses there own test they order online, and you just pee in a cup then dip the stick in it well while their waiting for it to dry they're usually not watching and it shows up with a pink line if your clean so he just brings a marker haha
  19. Yeah it's definantly time, if you dont got alot of cash atleast get the basics... seals, gaskets, bore/hone, rings
  20. Haha that's what I thought I know kind of a stupid question... I hadn't had my coffee this morning yet when I posted that. Well hopefully that fixes it
  21. Ok guys I havn't done a comp. test yet but I pulled the carbs and reeds... The reeds weren't broken, and I cleaned the carbs but I noticed the rubber cross-over tube that connects the carbs for the choke was missing... I didn't think that it would effect anything because it was for the choke, but Im thinking that could have been the problem, could I be right about that being the problem or does that tube not matter if your not using the choke
  22. Razors work good. Thats what I have now, next winter IM going to 4mil. and a more extensive MX built bike, but Im going to run ITP mud lites since I only ride trails, with the occasional hill climb or tune session at the track
  23. I didnt know it mattered... When I ported my cages I ground off those lines and polishes the outside.
  24. Can I suggest that you check out the for sale section on here or put a wanted post up on what your looking for, because for one it will help a fellow HQ and 2 it will be cheaper for you... sounds like a win win to me, you can find brand new condition pipes for cheaper than the FMF or Pro-Circuit websites (which btw suck for pricing). Just trying to help ya out man
  25. SOrry to hear about it JB I'd def. go knock on a door, but I think it would be a long drive lol. Hope it gets worked out man
