Nice bike man, I really want an all stock bike, but unfortunantly Im still in my first build which is taking up all the dough. BUMP for a good looking bike.

If someone broke into my shit and took my stuff I would just welcome them in and tell them since they had the balls to break in they can have anything they want that way they close the door... Then when I shoot them they can get out and sue me :biggrin:... sorry to hear about that though man

Sorry to here about it man... I would call TAG and inform then, record exactly what happened on paper, and get in touch with a lawyer... As far as the tickets, call your local traffic court and DMV and what not. I just got a $210 ticket for viloation of provisional(Didnt even get pulled over... its a long sotry) anyways they said since it was my first ticket in 2 years that I have to take this 2 hour class or take this online class and they'll get rid of it.

Here's what I've done for the same type of machine ...True/welded crank, Wiseco Pro-lite pistons, Agressive trail ported cylinders, Pro-Design cool head w/ 20cc domes, Ported/polished reed cages (by me), Boyesen Dual stage carbon fiber reeds, +4 Timing, Tusk clutch kit w/ 3 HD springs 3 stock springs, Toomey T-5's, Ceramic coated cylinders, Custom painted pipes/silencers, cleaned/slightly polished case, Billet impeller, cleaned up/lightened frame, cut fenders, Some other polished stuff...

Thats what I was considering, but I didnt know if I could go with a cub or not... Yeah as far as I know thats all you can do to them too but thought I'd check.

How well would a 421 cub with 4 mil. long rod stroker work for trails? and can I get the cub trail ported or do they all come pre-ported? I wanted to get the 421 cub kit from M&M ATV, so what else would I have to do to handle the 421 stroker? Can you guys make a list, just trying to decide on whether to just do suspension mods or go bigger next winter

Alot of things could have caused that... over heating, something getting into the motor, I think detonation will also cause that

So I was thinking how when someone asks a question people try to explain it, but video would be better... However not alot of people have video of them fixing exactly what they're trying to describe. SO there are alot of online meeting websites and what not maybe we could set something like that up or make an account on one that everyone can log into so people can use their web cams and show others what they're talking about. So like if someone is trying to explain to a new person where the idle screw on the carb is or how to remove the shift drums or something they can set up their webcam and show them. IDk if the way I explained that came out right, but what do you guys think?

call a builder such as Brandon at Wildcard racing or Kevin at HJR and tell them what you want and they can plan out your whole motor for you

I took some boxing training and conditioning on and off last year, after applying a few of those skills Im starting to do MMA... not regulated comps right now, but I do occasionally go to the training, then fight with friends and stuff. You would think since were all buddies we'd be kinda nice to eachother, but we've replaced the wall in my buddies house like 5 times from putting people through it and we go all out until one person quits. Other than that just a few occasional street fights

You dont see that because the back yard builders dont have a ton of money to go pay the best rider in that area to put there name and parts on there bike... I bet if we lined up a bunch of pro riders at those places and had Tim at stellar machine and performance design chassis's for all those places and have Jeff at FAST, Kevin at HJR, Brandon from Wildcard Racing, and a couple others go against your "big builders" those drivers would take the back yard guys bike over trinity or duncan or any of those

When I talk to some older mechanics like 50's or 60's they always say the same thing, they never used torque wrenches... I never do either and never had a problem on my bike or anyone else's

Haha yeah they're in there, thats a spare set that I got with the gasket set I oerdered so I just put them where they are for the hell of it... those dont even contact the pipe, but the o-rings for the pipes are in there. As Brandon mentioned Im just going to do a compression and leak down test to make sure its nothing internal, if it passes those tests I'm going to take the carbs and reeds off and go through them.

If you use some pinesol diluted with water and a scrub brush then just wash them it should come out good.
