  1. anyone interested in trade?
  2. HAHA nice, quote of my friend after this last weekend "just another Alaskan adventure" lol... now for the story behind it. So my buddies dad works for the Ford dealer here locally and he works fleet so he tries to sell multiple truck at a time. Well this mine right out side of this place called Delta junction, for us that live in Alaska we know the significance for those of you who dont, look on a map, I live in Anchorage and Delta junction is about 60 miles short of the next biggest city(Fairbanks) which is about a 6-8 hour drive from my house. Well my friends dad needed help because he had to drive 3 brand new '09 Ford F-250 superdutys up there, plus we needed a vehicle to get back, so me and my dad went to help them. On the way up the roads are icy as shit and we driving through the mountains so its up and down hills... well we come around this one corner and the tires break loose so Im thinking OH SHIT either hit the mile marker pole or go off the road so I miss the mile marker and end up testing the off-road capabilities of the truck, then get stuck in 3 feet of snow only about 3 feet off the highway, luckily it was right by a road maintance station so were were able to get a chain and get it out in a couple minutes... the only damage was I broke the lower valance under the bumper off and the front license plate mount. I guess you got to break in the truck some time
  3. hmmm... man I dont know how I can pass this up :yelrotflmao:
  4. Sounds like you are probably going to drag race it?! I would go with the Keihen PWK 33's
  5. Havn't seen it, it looks pretty nice. They have these electric turboes for imports that are only made to run like 30 min. at a time... I was thinking of fabbing one to fit a shee, it would be perfect for drag shee's
  6. Looking to possibly trade it, PM me with watch your willing to let go... here's the link Clicky
  7. Ive seen some drag guys do this for a rear shock, but I wouldnt do it for flat track
  8. Thanks loco
  9. IDK how much you want, but usually its better to buy it alot at one time atleast while prices are down in which case you can order VP racing fuel straight from VP in i think 35+ gallon jugs, but you have to call them
  10. Looking for trades also!
  11. Anyone used a hydraulic clutch on there shee, there's one on Rocky Mountain for like 150
  12. Rocky Mountain ATV
  13. nice job, sounds like you got somegood publicity going for Tim and Kevin
  14. I havnt had much experience with the big bores like that, but 143 seems low for a 20mil... theres a couple guys on here Ive seen with 10 and 12 mil. making around 155 ish
  15. Thats the way it is on sleds so I dont see a problem there, Just make sure you wire both the high and low beams up. That actually a great Idea man hope you dont mind if I steal it haha, and since I dont have a key switch I dont have to worry about where to wire it lol
  16. that doesnt include carbs and head and timing advance though does it?
  17. Get a 4mil. stroker with matching dune port on the cylinders puts you at like $850, cool head with cut domes for the 4mil. and an adjustable timing plate, puts you at like 1100, new seals and gaskets bigger carbs and new pipes.... new puts you around 1800, but search around on here for the deals people have and you can find all that for alot cheaper.
  18. They only make jets in increments of 10 so there is no 325 main, but I'd try a 320 and see if that helps, remember though if that helps but its still not prefect you can adjust your needle, your pilot jet and your air/fuel screw to get it just right
  19. Check for cracks around the carb boots or any kind of air leaks
  20. It depends on the brand and where you buy them... I like the Tusk kits, I think it was about 40 for it through rocky mountain ATV i suggest going there and looking around
  21. If your going to change the head you mise well drop a couple sizes in the domes, you should be able to go like 21-22 and still run pump gas, 24 is stock btw
  22. If you know its going into gear than there is a couple things you should check, I went through the same crap. 1) do you have the right tranny case oil, if its to thick it will cause clutch slippage 2) your preasure plate on the clutch has 6 different ways it can go on, but only one eay works, if its not on right you'll have the same problem 3) You may have burn'd up your clutch.... I have done all 3 of these things before, it was really late at night lol
  23. Here's what I did Ceramic Coating
  24. lol thanks, yeah trying to get rid of it to put some more dough into the shee, I'd probably let it go for like $165 shipped, if i had time I'd play with it but I dont and Im really tired of seeing it sit there and do nothing.
  25. You may or may not do it all through one builder... I used 2 plus myself doing most of it. Some guys like to just give there motor to someone and say build it. Everyone has there personal tastes in builders if I were you Id call Brandon at Wildcard Racing, Jeff at FAST, Keving at Herr Jugs Racing, and Jim at Passion and see who makes you the most comfortable, find the guy that just tries to help you and not sell you what he wants to instead of what you want. Like I said I cant say anything about Jim, or Kevin because I havn't talked to them personally, but heard great stuff about Kevin and half/half about Jim. Jeff great things and he's a good guy to deal with, Brandon... Same thing great work great to work with, but find who you like
