  1. Haha thats gay, I guess he thought you were kidding and wanted it for something else?
  2. ok thanks guys. AK i might just do that
  3. Im assuming that your talking about getting a stock stroke crank with 5 mil. rod, I would just stick with the stock crank just get it trued and welded, as far as horsepower the only thing that will be a gain is those pipes and the head milling from everything you listed, im not sure about the CPI's but stock HP is like 38 soooo... maybe 45hp?
  4. Are you planning on mixing AV gas and 93 octane pump gas? alot of guys use AV gas, if it saves some money i say go for it
  5. Ok guys so I broke off one of the zerk fittings (the little metal nipples for greasing the bearings) by over tightening on the a-arms, I was able to get it out but now I need a new one... I was thinking maybe a hardware store but idk can you guys help me out?
  6. haha ok, bike looks good in orange... Do you own a shop or is this all hobby built stuff?
  7. for those mods your just fine with stock carbs, anything short of a drag port or a stroker and stock carbs work just fine man. As far as the lights could be bulbs, or a ton of other things
  8. You have a good point, I think when they install lock up clutches that are made for under the stock cover and it needs to be modded a little, they actually cut that out, I could be wrong but i think they do. Even if they dont, im sure you can still cut a hole. I think I might pop a hole in mine once I get a little farther on my rebuild process of my shee
  9. you got some nice bikes man, put some pics of your other raptors up too
  10. good deal man... X2 on the pics
  11. banshee's havn't been sold for 20 years for no reason, while stock for stock a new 450 will beat a banshee on the track if you upgrade the suspension and do low end mods to the motor the banshee will do great
  12. By running a paddels or something instead of knobbies, raising your comp. ratio running some race gas and a more agressive port job its possible I'd say especially with your whole bike tuned perfectly
  13. oh haha my bad, it does. ok so about half a court is good then... thanks man
  14. How much oil goes in the trans, i put in about half a court and am finally putting the shee back together so I wanted to check on about how much
  15. THanks for what your doing over there man, be safe
  16. I agree we do need one
  17. best way to do it is sand plast them, then use some VHT it stands for very high temp. but the product is called VHT you can find it at auto parts stores... it works great. but if you dont have access to a sand blaster then probably sand them real well with some 220 grit
  18. Try 20cc domes and +4 timing, but do a comp. check once its all set up
  19. I would also be interested in finding out how to do this mod and what does allowing that more space help? not to hi jack your thread bro
  20. nice job man i like it
  21. Thanks guys, so it looks like a new clutch lever, shift star mod and pancake bearing are the only things I really need... I considered a hydraulic clutch lever but loco and another guy didnt suggest it, they said just go with an easy pull type lever
  22. thanks man thats what I wanted to know
  23. Ive like seen how they look kind of, but I just want to know how much you can take off safely and see a few pics to refresh my memory,
  24. Your going to get a million different answers, just talk to some people and see who your most comfortable with, personally I'd call Brandon at wildcard racing, look him up on here his name is Slobanshee06
  25. Right now the only thing done to the clutch or tranny is new frictions plates and steels and and I have 3 HD and 3 stocks springs, I want to mod the shift star... how much material do I take off and can I get some pics to show what it'll look like after or even before and after pics... Also what else can I do to improve shifting and the clutch, such as easy pull lever or something? I ride trails and MX with ocassional hill climb or drag race.
