  1. I have a very good condition radiator for cheap, what caliper the fronts or rear? You looking for just a seat cover or the whole seat? You will have to use the older harness, the plugs are different on the cdi and stator, I think it gos from 1987 to like 94?
  2. Get a bunch of the free Flat Rate boxes from the post office, the shipping on the larger 3 is $10-$14. If you use Paypal to purchase and print your labels you will save money, the biggest is still only $10 through Paypal. Most parts will fit in those boxes, if the part is only a couple pounds it may be cheaper by the actual weight than using a Flat Rate box, I'll turn the Flat Rate boxes inside out and use them alot of times. If the parts are less than 13oz.( cdi boxes, shift levers, clutch packs, coils, etc...) they will be first class mail and will usually be less than $5. Bubble envelopes are great for the little stuff. For the big stuff you'll have to find suitable boxes, I just use a cheap $5 Walmart Fish Scale, you can get a decent digital scale with a 75lb capacity for about $25. Once you do a couple you'll get the hang of it. Printing the labels online saves a ton of hassle and time.

  4. Permatex makes some new stuff I just got at the local Parts Unlimited Dealer. Its called Moto Seal, just like the Yamabond. $4.50 a tube.
  5. I Need the 16mm fine thread crank nut and the water pump gear that goes on the clutch side of the crank. Also need one 8mmX72mm Coolhead stud.. Can Paypal right away or I have tons of little parts to trade if your in need of something. Let me know thanks.
  6. I just got mine in and dry fitted them yesterday. You will need spacers of some sort on the lower arms, just slip it into place see if your shock lines up. You will see the upper arms will angle toward the back and there is not much clearance at all between the arm and shock, with the 450 shock. The ball joints won't be perfect, I think they're not perfect stock either. If your weling the upper mounts dry fit everything and seeif the balljoints will work good if you move the upper back another 1/4 for shock clearance.

  15. I know everybody hates the Raptor fenders, and I don't like the fronts at all but the back ones don't look too bad. I was thinking of getting a Fullbore front fender with the Raptor rear. I don't like the Fullbore rear, looks just like a Warrior rear. Anyone ever try that combo? Any pics?

  18. I had the same issue with the girl's blaster. Turn the gass off when trailoring and you should be fine. Starting fluid is not a good idea at all!
  19. The oil is just over a quart and a half. It says how many ML right by the dipstick.
  20. The Pro Circuits would perform best with the higher compression and the 2-1 intake.
