simple, well not so much 4 you, but the ball is now welded to the rod insine the input shaft. you will likely need to fully tear down to get it out. whenever you adjust the cable you need about 1/8th on and inch of play in the lever. while you are fixing it jsut throw a pancake bearing in there.

We had two bikes that were identical other then the pipes one 916's and other T-5's the 916's come on A LOT smoother and with more power. they rev higher and are easier to ride. they also make more power then the T-5's from my SOTP dyno runs up a hill. i would love a set. just at a decent price. Ill call them ia a little bit i was also thinking my neighbor had a TIG ill just hack my toomeys in half and weld em together LOL but serously i want a nice new set my T-5's look like absolute shit.

250f is just a model of two stroke 250s. i say get a nice YZ250 two stroke its easier to ride. then the 125 it has the power to just go.

how many plugs do you go through? 1. yamalube isnt that good to begin with. and you can pick up quite a bit of power upping to 32:1

pilot jets are for down low like closed to 1/4 - 1/2 not low the needle is about 1/2 - a lil more then 3/4 main is for WFO. sounds to me like you are to rich on the main set the air screw 1 and 1/2 from closed and nedle in middle if it still does it let u know the jet sizes. but u sound too fat on da main

thats and idea. just makie sure you get one that is a roundish front and doesnt go toomuch above the SUV. or 3000miles u will deffinaltly feel the mileage drop in ur wallet.

our motor mounts are done strong as hell see the side bar it mounts to a motor mount too. the other side has two of em. the back has 4 mounts. and i still have the 530 chain and sprockets. im worried about the hubs and shit.
