Well you have certainly come out swinging! That fire jump and crash was pretty good. I'm going down to Tylers this weekend to start getting our footage. Its on.
Check to make sure your carbs are synched. Pull your pilot jets out and make sure they are clean. Check to see if your choke tube is connected between the carbs. Report back with results.
The Wicked arms still use stock length shocks, 14 3/4". I wouldn't spend any money on the works. If you have a choice, ditch them and get the Elkas, they are so much better.
What polish are you using and what pads on the buffer? I'm using a die grinder with a cotton polishing pad. It leaves the plastic cloudy in some spots and looks great in other areas. What am I doing wrong?
Do you have a brake line clamp on the side of the swinger? I have a -1 with stock length brake line and it is ok with a brake line holder. I would be nice to put a shorter line on it though.
Sanding and refinishing plastic is a total waste of time. I have tried on two different sets. I can't get it to work worth a shit. I haven't tried painting plastic yet, and really have no desire to try if it will just flake off.
Well I bought the meguirs headlight restore kit that comes with the buffing pad. I'm having so/so success with it so far. I will post up a pic this weekend after I get one side of the rears done.
Has anyone ever tried this stuff? http://cgi.ebay.com/JANVIL-Plastic-Restore-Polish-Cleaner-Renews-Plastics_W0QQitemZ330415906404QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item4cee529e64
