? well i just orderd dynojet jet kit and was wondering what size jets come in it if i need a 22.5 pilot then thats weird i have never heard of it either i wouldnt think it would be the main to lean it out a bit. well my buddy is helping me out and said that 190 or 180s will make it right

make sure the pods are on tight and no air leaks then if its a little rich then lean it out (smaller main jets) -
do the LRD's actually put out the 49.8 horsepower it says on their website? i well be doing trail riding but i like the lookes of the lrd and the sound and if the power output is true then thats amazing i well be adding a pro design foam filter kit, VF3, reed spacers what well be best for me? or if its close what would you choose trails thanks alot Mike

i was wondering how to correctly adjust my needle jet to perfection and how much to drop my main jets because my bike is a bit to rich i know it has someting to do with plling out my choke but how much and what am i looking for setup stock 07 banshee airbox snorkel off 4000ft 20-30 degrees celcius stock jets 200 mains, 3rd needle clip but my air screws are out almost 4 turns because it was to bogging riding it so i am wondering how much to drop my mains and how to set my needles do you think 3rd clip is fine or what? i read how to do it in a thread but it was a little confusing so just clear it up please thanks alot Mike

should my plugs eventually go dark brown or pretty well black after 3 hours or should they be crispy brown all the time?

i want to buy thse parts for the summer FMF Knarly with power core 2 silencers VF3 reeds reed spacers and gasgets pro design foam filter kit RS timing plate air box lid on but with snorkel off holeshot xc tires would i need a better stator? would i need a stronger clutch? (i have a new stock clutch) estimated power? if you dont mind i also have an issue with my jetting i think after about 3 hours my plugs are black and wet so i need to go leaner so could you please point me in the right direction? 4000ft 25 degrees celcius stock bike with air box snorkel off i know it isnt fight because for t to actually ru knda good i have to have it set up like this 200s 3rd clip 3 3/4 turns out! so how much lower should my mains be for it to have like 2 turns out or 2 12 turns out because with 3 almost 4 turns out it dosnt seem right ill be gettig a dynojet jetkit is there only one kit to purchase with all sizes? last thing would be my needle, do you think 3rd clip is fine? thanks alot for the help im really picky or i guess you could put it as my mom does "anal" about my quad but she dosnt know anything about them sshhh. thanks again

a 3-4 hours of riding my plugs were darker and wetter than that. can someone please tell me if i need to rejet? i have stock 200s 3rd clip and 3 and 3/4 turns out with the pilot air screw should i leave it like this or jet it properly? like 195 mains 3rd clip and 2 1/2 turns out sound better? my bike is stock with he airbox snorkel off it runs OK but my plugs are usually wet and pretty dark after 3 hours what do plugs look like after 3 hours or supposed to look like thanks

what are the benifits of cuttng out the spark arrester from my stock silencer? you know the cap with the 3 screws and cutting it off to the end of the cap so its gone i took the cap off and started it and it sounds pretty cool would it make me need to rejet? i doubt it would it make it sond any different? im bored and figured id ask you guys since its on my mind thanks Mike

first get a jet kit the stock jetting is shit so jet it right if your plugs arnt brown search break in and break it in right and keep the power and realiablity skid plates are a good choice but dont get a DG baja it dont fit.

ill tell you what spend the money and get a jet kit stock setup is only so they could get all bikes to run off the floor not to perform if your plugs are close to black then leave it but brown is best and might help your problem also temperature does a bit with idle until it is at running temperature which takes longer then most people think i also found that my TORS idle screws move around when i ride ... set up your screws to your desire and put a piece of hockey tape on the screws like a strap to keep them there before everyride atleast let it warm up on idle for 3 minutes and take it easy for 1-2 minutes in first gear taking it slow hope this helps Mike -
the way these guys are telling you is correct i did a 10 minute warm up then let it totally cool then warmed it up good and did my 20 minute period of 1/4 throttle then 20 minute period or 2/4 throttle and then i did half throttle again and then 3/4 throttle and after that i did 3/4 throttle blipping it to full every once in a while dont mix your gas at 25:1 it just slows the process mix at 32:1 with yamalube 2R because its semi synthetic and about 2 tanks of gas with yamalube then put whatever you want at whatever ratioyou do good luck have fun

is dynojet jet kits good? i need to lean out my gas/oil so which way should i go in jet sizes my bike is stock but with the snorkel off and lid still on i ride at about 3900 ft above sea level and at 10-30 degrees celcius also i have this problem where sometimes i pull in my clutch to go down or up and when i let it out it hults to a stop and i have to quickly grab my clutch and put it in "N" and rapidly burp the throttle to get it to rev it does this only sometimes but i dont know what it is butmaybe i was outta gas but i am not sure i knowit happend when the gas was really full one time but if you have any idea what it might be then please help me out i have a feeling it could be my TORS or parking brake so i think i well get a removal kit for both of those pieces of shit later guys

hold up ill get a pick and info ok http://www.bluetraxx.com/reviews/tempgauge.htm and http://www.warpdriveperformance.com/banshee.htm pictures here http://www.warpdriveperformance.com/index.htm now my question is how accurate are these gauges (any gauge like this) would it be telling you how hot you engie coolant is ? and it still wouldnt be accurate for that because it just tells you how hot the coolant tube is, right? and how do you put these on do you cut the rad hose for that esr one?

^ i just eyeball it for 32:! my jerry is 20 litres so i just look on te bottle and pick off 20-21 ounces and i shake it all up in the jerry 18.90 litres of gas mixed with 20 ounces of oil is 32:1 so i just dump in 21 ounces so its close enough

lol i had a brain fart when i asked how do i know if my bike is running right lol i forgot it had sparkplugs now i feel dumb and all you are probably dumber for reading that question sorry after a while of riding the plugs well turn black correct? do i need to take the carbs off for the T.O.R.S? well i need to rejet if i take the T.O.R.S off? the T.O.R.S kit makes it easier to pull the throttle too right? thanks guys -

ok thanks if my bike runs fine with that setup then how do i tell if its to lean or to rich? i have no clue what size jets i need and what clip my pilot needs to be on and how many turns the pilotair screws should be out if somebody could piont me in the right direction than that would be very good thanks alot -

how do i do a leak test to see if i have an airleak causing me to go lean and fart/backfire out my exhaust? if its not an airleak do you think it could be because my pilot air screws were out all the way causing me to go lean? the shee is all stock and has only 9 hours on it (07 banshee) and the screws were like this when i picked it up it only does it when i am ridig it idles fine and what not but when i go to drive it it go pffff pffff so i just did ths to richin it up for now 200 mains, stock pilot on the clip below the 3rd (down towards the longer part of the needle that goes in the carb) pilot airscrews are 2 3/4 turns out, so should i be fine with this set up ? 200 mains, stock pilot on the 3r clip and pilot air screws 2 turns out? elevation. 3600-4400 ft temp. 10-35 *C only thing i have done to the shee is put engine ice in it im looking to get a T.O.R.S removal kit and parking brake block off kit thanks Mike P.S sorry about the thread name i was lackng bran power to think of something or w.e well thanks its greatly apprecited
