  1. go through ever nut and bolt and make sure they are all torque to specs change tranny fluid any ways lube cables check bearings make sure gas is good also do a plug chop since you dont have much else to do
  2. ^ill get some pics tonight if you have front tires that are 21 or bigger than the 22 gators look good and work awesome i have the stock front tires and they are only like 19 inches and my shee looks like a tractor but yeah they work great i couldnt be happier but in gravel they slip like crazy ill try some normal oil like ATF type F or something or other
  3. well it idles a little bit lower hard to notice but only when it is cold the whole bike only has like 50 hours or so cuz its a 2007 i am running a heavy duty deisel oil in the tranny shell rotella 15w40 i can start in in gear just as easy with it in N its not as bad when its warm but still does it i can also rev it up in gear and it wont move an inch or attempt to
  4. well when it started and its all warmed up and i have the clutch fully in it makes the back tires jump really bad and its go thump (i have 22 inch gators so there not light tires) i tried adgusting the clutch handle and it did nothing so what else is there to do? thanks
  5. my buddy has a raptor and he is pretty well taking all stock stuff of and flowing it fo free to me i already got his rear rims which made the back about 3 or 4 inches widder and now im wondering if his arms and shocks are just like yfz conversion
  6. dude buy a couple of different size jets and do plug chops its the only solution
  7. try flushing out your rad with water and some rad cleaner take out the plugs on the side of the jugs and then take the water pump cover off and check the impeller and just stick the hose in the rad and after you do that put the plugs back in and leave the impeller cover off and make sure that you have enough water flow from the hose and start it to get chuncks of stuff that might be in there and i would recomend engine ice as your coolant and try that out if not then what spark plugs are you running if there to hot then it could be running hot or same as to cold of plugs whats your compression cuz stock bore and and 21 cc domes shouldnt need 50/50 mix 91 octane should do it and i would recomend 32:1 or 40:1 as a mix
  8. i say try a plug chop just to get that out of the way then you should go over and properlycheck all you electrical after that dont run 50:1 cuzthats intence try 40:1 or 32:1 150psi is alot whats your mods you also may have a clogged main jet or pet cock causing little to none ride time with thick mixture and ok run time with 50:1 i am going to point towards electrical problem but i am sure that somebody wll fined it and it well be a beast at 150 when running right

  10. i mud all the time its fun flinin mud at 4 stroke since i have 22' gators on the back i stop in little mud holes and wait for somebody to crawl up behind me and then rev itand drop the clutch and coat them lol

  12. ok so now that i am probably going with the 916s lets talk jets lol here is what well be my mods 916s pro design foam filter kit vf3 snorkel off but lid on 4000 feet im guessing 300 mains what size pilot and needle and where is the pilot located? thanks guys
  13. yeah i still think im going to run the 916 just i love the single silencer with the 2 holes oh and whoever mentioned dont ruin it with the sparky lol i wont trust me i am sick of shitty sounding exhaust "cough" stock "cough" but anyways ill put a pick up of the 916 but the pics are hard to find
  14. well you guys made good points but seriously i am not going to port in a long time and when i do ill just buy som t5s i was looking at the 916 and i think it well work with my tail light and besides they make a peice for the bigger tail lights like zach said and for mounting my liscence plate that shouldnt be to hard to find a spot im still 60% 916 and 40% T5
  15. well i am stuck on the decision of T5 or 916 i am in love with the 916 cuz the silencer and i hear that the power output is same with stock port and carbs i well be doing trail riding and i would go with the 916 like a snap of my fingers but i have a problem i have an 07 so my tail light is bigger than the smaller ones (dont know what year) and i also have to put my liscence plate somewhere and i dont want to put it on the front bumper i wont to keep it looking clean i know you can put the smaller tail lights on but i cant find any and i already have a hole in my tail light so i need a new one anyways thanks Mike

  17. i would say 280 and 2 turns and middle clip too check your plugs atleast and make sure they are coco tan colored did you put new plugs in when you got pipes? you should get new plugs and do a plug chop for sure oh and you got my fav exhaust lets see some pics i want to see that silencer man i love it
  18. nice bike man i hope you love it and get it nice and good lookin but i hate to break it to you but those look like stock pipes that are chromed or painted and the silencers are fmf good luck and have fun with it

  20. it says on the back that you cant or shouldnt use dominator for long turm use in motors it also says motors should be periodicly checked with this oil so what is it going to blow my top end? i just bought 2 jugs of it
  21. i use amsoil interceptor or dominator (switching to dominator) at 36:1 and i like it for the tranny i find that shell rotella 15w40 heavy duty diesel oil works awesome and its cheap do a compression test and a plug chop 2 most important things
