ok this is what i think it does it controls the amount of gas let to the main jet so the more turns out on the air screw the more gas it gets making it richer and vis versa? please dont make fun of me lol i have no clue somebody please explain in full detail

do a plug chop mine dies when i pull the choke but its not suposed to make it run better with the choke on not hard to change jets either jets all have numbers and if the jet is long then its a long hex if its short then its a short hex

if you are running b8es then try br8es i dont know what the difference is but try it since you always buy plugs if not then i would say ignition system

i think its a blown motor nos plus no oil in it = lean and lean = caboom

if anything it looks fine of corse its gonna smoke more when you rev it your burning more and not moving its not gonna just disapear right away if anything do a plug chop on a proper day (temp wise) and do it right if its a little too rich then its nothin , 5 min changin main jets is easy without tors but really if its not super rich then i would say hell with it?

yeah well the day was 10 degrees celcius cooler then when i usually ride and plus if i need to rich it up a bit i can just put my airbox snorkel back on so i think its spot on well hopefully its just my eyes cuz i am a little color blind when it comes to shades cuz my dad says it light brown thanks btw wtf is the black line?

its just i have had it new for 25 hours and havnt had an actual good ride without having to worry about something we had to change the coolant like 4 times already because of other failures and since my dad works nights driving and days sleeping so i dont get any time to do anything so you know its just i was hearing all this good stuff about this quad and now i have to do all this to keep it working well can anyone tell me where i can get a head gasket and ill have to drop the coolant again and spend another 50 dollars money is hard for me right now i live of allowance and my parents dont buy me stuff after stuff for my quad thanks for the help guys

oops up top i ment to say i did it before the overheat and 18 hours on the quad that sucks cuz i just changed the coolant and i use engine ice so now i have to go and spend another 30 on engine ice where could i buy just the head gasget and have it here in cananda fast? when it overheated it the rad started to smoke it didnt have a problem running it was just smoking the grey part does have a hint of brown and theres also a black line across it also well thanks guys i was hoping to have a good vacation but if i cant get a gasget in 7 days then i wont be taking my shee for the 10 day holidy damnit

you joking right? ill need to buy a new gasket if i pull the head right? it runs excellent and it has overheated on me once but that was after the plug chop i did the plug chop about 18 hours in on the machine after it overheated though when i was flushing th rad i found lots of black flakes in the rad fluid do you think it may be my head gasket that blew? it dosnt drink any coolant and theres no extra smoke and the coolant dosnt smell like gas im really shocked that something has gone wrong already

you could try messing with the cable tensioners or whatever if you say it did it after the cable change you know how you can adjust the lack in your cable for like your clutch and throttle, just the screw type thing were it connects you could try tightening it at the throttle pusher or at the carb tops just a thought

i always thought more air (less dense) needs more fuel cuz it flows better i always thought hot air was lss dense to since things flow etter when hot so yeah JEEZ IM ONLY IN GRADE 9 lol

richen it up? lower the elevation the leaner i needs to be and the higher the richer because air is thinner up high im pretty sure its rich enough man the other side is darker and thicker maybe 3mm or 4mm if its not rich enough then ill put my snorkel back on but i think its rich enough whe you look at the other side

the ground strap if thats the piece thats cut off lol then the dark brown or black ends right before it goes straight thats from 1-6 and 6 for 4 mississippis and then killed it so that might be why and it was only 23 out i usually ride at about 25 or 30 also that was the absolute highest elevation of the place i ride or should i say the top of the mountain so to speak i personally i think its a wee lil tad rich but its not worth messing with i dont think i mean damn its close thanks guys EDIT' oh and yeah it took me like 30 minutes just t get the pic that clear so yeah and its a tad darker in person and on the other side its a wee bit darker and thicker patch
