if you love the banshee motor than dont sell it get elkas and 2+1 a-arms and a +2 axle new tires and maybe rims too ESPECIALLY if its just play racing i say the banshee is good for everything unless you want to get REALLY series in MX thats when you would get a new 450 personaly i hate raptors they seem high and heavy but thats just the 660 i havnt riden a 700 yet DUDE KEEP THE SHEE

well my name is mike i am 14 and ride a 2007 banshee, i live in calgary, alberta, canada right now im just doing my best in school because i have no sport soon to be getting a job my interests are quads, cars and dirtbikes i may be young but i know a good bit about motors and what not. i like to skateboard and bike or mostly anything with wheels accept scooters and rollerbades which are gay what i do with my money...well you can figure that out, i just spent 700 on parts for my banshee and i only rode it for 4-5 hours what i wish for in the future, a nice paying job that like, more nice weather, more hours in a day and more days in a week and to live a healthy life later

i just ordered some of this stuff what do you have to mix it with? how do you drain the old rad fluid?

how much play should there be in my thumb throttle until it starts to pull back or get pressure you know what i mean thanks guys

thanks alot guys IMO i love them i would take off my lights if i had dunes but no dunes where i ride, i ride in 10-15 people groups when i trail and we take alot of beer breaks when the terran changes so sometime theres super dusty roads and thats when i use my headlight but when there is mud it would have the on ... i think im going to get the red and black bloodshot ones for my red banshee thanks guys dont be scared for more opinions

please post picks of banshees with the eye headlight covers im trying to decide if i should get the bloodshot or just the eyes thanks a bunch

i live in alberta, canada and i want to order some cascade bloodshot headlight covers and a tusk billet aluminum red gas cap... the gas cap is about 30 u.s and same with the headlight covers, what would be a ball park estimate of how much total canadain it would be for me to get these (shipping and handleing and what not in canadaian dollars) is rockymountainatv reliable and how long well it take for them to get here? i figure it would be like this 30 U.S = 50 about canadaian dollar i have no clue about shipping and handleling im guessing a max of 200 canadaian dollars right?

just rember to buy a red,pink and green power band, mix em' together and walla! at least min of 80 horsepower then if you bore it and stroke it and advance the timing plate and set your valves right and maybe even port it out and run alky you well have hmhm let me figure it out 80+17503=17583 horsepower

i ran yamalube 24:1 (what it came with from the factory) 3/4 of a tank and then i went with about 30:1-32:1 yamalube for about 1 hour outta the 5 hours oh and what the heck is that red dot on the right plug? i couldnt figure out what it was

after 5 hours max riding (on the whole bike ) its brand new and no mods i havnt done anything but break it in and ride it after the break in it felt strong through all gears and all throttle positions it was a little picky going into first but i think thats just the banshee way like its abut 1/4 throttle maybe more to get rolling is that fine? sorry for he crappy pics

after a couple hours of riding my new banshee min were blackish and my bike is all stock it runs good through all the gears i think plugs chops are for like a 5 min ride i would think they would get darker afer atleast 40 min

well the power feels strong all the way through he throttle through all the gears so i hope its just the mix is heavy causing that i never took out my jets before or took apart a carb before because im only 14 and dont want to screw up my new bike i worked so hard for thanks for the help guys

still has the same tank of gas the dealer put in it so its like super new we are going to be putting 32:1 i didnt do a plug chop i just looked at the top and it was pretty black i was just wondering if it was supposed to be like this my elevation is 4000ft at 15-25 degrees celcius it was smoking quite abit but then again it was 24:1 so would 32:1 be less smoky and better for it? thank for the help i just wanted to know if the plugs go black after riding it awhile

after my break in today i pulled my plugs and they were black i did th break in periods like you guys said my bike is 07 stock i would think the jetting would be set off the factory im pretty sure the factory put 24:1 in the tank i ran today so would that explain it?

well what about lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer? it says it blends with other automotiv lubrcant even ATF, mineral oil and synthetic oil your supposed to put 200ml in with the other oil you use so it would be 1.3 litres of yamalube4 and 200ml of the lucas stuffed
